No facility to search for a specific restaurant or save any favorites. Frustrated having to trawl through a really long list to find a specific venue.
Created my account Thursday downloaded the app 2 days later to find my account cloned and used on T-Rex restaurant the next day using the "$25 reward" no response to the complaint being raised or word of refunded $25 used in florida when I'm still in Scotland and not even yet in receipt of the physical card. Clearly membership details aren't protected!
Basically forced to join a club with the understanding that I would receive the $25 back on club membership card/app that evening but that didn't happen. Messaged through the app with no response. If I could give no stars I would. Highly disappointed
Starting to think I've been scammed. Paid for a card in march. Haven't received a physical one, or been issued a number to use it digitally, tried contacting the company on multiple occasions, ignored each time. 🤬
Point Thieves! Besides the fact this app gives you nothing but issues when logging in indicating incorrect password even after reset, points disappear. Had over 4,000 point at a restaurant acquired by Laundry's, points are gone and Laundry's DOES NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES! Don't buy into their loyalty program. You think it would be simple...it's not.
Can't login to the app. It says the email address is badly formatted. It does this with any email address.
I can no longer use the app because it doesn't like my password & the reset doesn't work (the app reset just says 'try again later. Using the web reset interface works, but the app doesn't like the password that works fine on the web). Restaurant employees are great at taking phone orders, but I prefer online ordering!
Works for the most part. Poor text/background choices. Some pages have a black background with grey text. This makes it hard to read instructions. Ordering from the menu is easy but when trying to check out, the option to login to my Landry membership account doesn't work. So I have to check out as a guest which means I am not receiving my purchase points. Also I am not able to apply my gift card for payment. This will be an amazing app if thes things are addressed.
I signed up 23rd February 2022 and still can't log on to the app just says pending. I have tried 3-4 different email addresses with no response. I have sent a message on messenger and nothing also reached on to the support on the app and nothing.
It always a pleasure using my card, the wait staff always treats me with respect and calls me by my name. It makes my experience more personal and enjoyable.
I love the discounts and especially the rewards that come with it.
Love the Landeys club. The app is use to use & I love all the resources.
I love being to locate restaurants near me in the app, but I do no like that I cannot see or access any details on my rewards or actions that need to be done to the rewards in the app. I don't like that the notifications are sent after negative actions have taken place. The notifications should be BEFORE and after actions...such as due/deadline dates.
It says to describe my experience, I would if I could the app does not let you log in even with a password change.
App doesn't work and is super slow. Takes forever to get to the login menu. Then I enter my email and password. Doesn't recognize. So I ask for a password reset. And the reset doesn't work. Now how do I know if my points will expire? Super frustrating.
Works great so far, only used for a month so far.
If those maintaining this app are wondering why no one has signed up in a while, it is because the app kicks you out part way through the sign up procedure. Further, any attempts to re sign up, are met with the assertion that you already are signed up. Then, when you attempt to sign in, it tells you no such account exists.
It doesn't work I get an error message when I try to login it says a system error occurred please try again message: object reference not set to am instance of an object. Maybe with the last update something went wrong on the backend but it does not work now. Using LG v30 os is android 9 (pie)
The Landry's Select Club program is awesome, but the app could be better. The navigation is a little clunky and there's not many features in it.
We were just in Miami by the cruise port, and we stopped in the Bubba Gump's and had a few drinks. The service and the Personnel were exceptionally fantastic. Of course this is what I expect to every Landry restaurant that I go to. The only really bad experience I've ever had is the Landry Bubba Gump's at Universal Studios in Orlando. I guess they don't know how to observe the Landry priority seating. So we just don't go to that one anymore. All in all I enjoy their restaurants
the app is straightforward .. earn points at participating restaurants, receive rewards, etc.. nothing too in depth and at times the HTML gets mingled and words overlap each other but all in all a good app to have for keeping track of your rewards and finding a good location to eat at.
Shocking that they STILL haven't corrected the issue where my name and account number overlay each other on the Loyalty Card screen, making it impossible to read the card number. It's not a difficult fix, so, it's just that they don't care!
Landry's Select is a great way to track your rewards
Like many others have stated, this app does not work. it will not allow you to login. Tap in the email or password field and nothing happens. Unable to get a cursor to access keypad
The app does not work on my samsung phone. It keeps saying it is waiting on my internet connection but I am connected to the internet. I close the app out and still nothing. I never even get to the login page.
Hello, I am new to Landry's select club and upon registration of my card through the app I noticed that my address/telephone number is displayed on the homepage. In your next update please consider moving such identifiable information from the homepage to the account information page or somewhere else not as easily viewable. Protecting my home location is important to me and moving such easily read information would be great. Thank you for your prompt attention in finding a correction.
The app is wonderful! It gives me my points right up front. It allows me to make dine in reservations at my favorite restaurant. And its easy to use.
Excellent! I"ve redeemed my points about 4 times now. I love it!
Cant make reservations, not a good application.
The app is legit. I'm able to use or defer rewards, I even earn points that can be redeemed. I had tech troubles but with the chat feature with customer service it prompted immediate resolution. No complaints so far!
