The app want access to EVERYTHING on your phone from pictures to files, even wants to make phone calls. Red flag! It won't work until you give them permission to access ALL of it. So life pro tip for my fellow drivers, if you have a elog tablet download the app there. This way all your personal information on your phone stays yours. We're already being tracked 24/7 for our job we don't get a say when we will be home and for how long. We have to draw the line somewhere.
Deserves 0 stars. App demands ALL permissions including access to all media and files and the ability to make phone calls and delete. Bull. Would NEVER download this app without being absolutely required to and will be uninstalling immediately after delivering.
It won't allow me to submit my phone number without granting permission to have access to my pictures, videos, and enable my phone to make and manage calls. I would give it zero stars but I can't.
Trip Advance feature keeps going away, you have to log out and log back in for it to reappear. Just a big headache 😤
Great tool to use on your android device as a bco instead of the computer. Would be nice if agents took down loads after booked instead of leaving up days after. A feature that would be great is a way to type in an agent code that you prefer not to do loads for because of dishonestly or for whatever reason and never see their post when searching for loads.
Massive FAIL! Constant glitches. Useless app since the Landstar Trackers won't stop calling and texting you for updates. Unwillingly you become a lab rat for this garbage product beta testing it for them using your data, your device memory and battery life. Another disappointment from Landstar.
This app is not easy and efficient to use. I still can not use the In service/out of service page. It does not acknowledge the cities that I enter.
Always worked until a month ago. After last update can not even log in. Just gives an error occured message. Does not work on my note 9 or iPhone x. It worked again after Sunday.
If you want BCO'S to use it, Dont ask for access to Phones private info..Such as photos , Files, and alot of other things..There is no way in hell id agree to any of that..
App has not worked in a month, have tried different phones and tablets, still no luck it's an issue on landstars end, and need immediate attention
This app just does not work. Even called my broker and it's still not transmitting data to the customer.
where are these new features? cant find the trip advance or submit availabilty! figured it out. had to unlink and relink my account
Works Great if only the Agents were trained in how to maximize it's potential, that would be Excellent.
After upgrading to Android 9.0 it doesn't work. Gives failed to generate push token error.
App keeps crashing. Galaxy note 9. Only opens to loading of open freight bills.
Needs an update for android 10.0. It doesn't work correctly
POS like most landstar apps. Must use app for most loads but keeps crashing.
Why the f*** do you need permission to access my photos and media files?
This app is a joke. I've used it on both Android and Apple. It works when it wants to. Seems flawed, I've had to delete and re-install several times on each os and afterwards it buffers for a long time or not connect at all. Very annoying.
