I spent over 2 hours creating a shopping cart during a "SALE" & 20 items later, stated "for technical reasons, your request could not be properly handled" and I lost everything I put in my bag, bras included. I'm so disappointed that I spent all that time to pick out items in my size during a sale to not be able to purchase them when I went to check out while I was logged in the entire time. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime. I'll have exactly what I need in 2 days.

I spent an hour shopping only to find I can't access the cart for technical reasons. This happened to me the last time I used the app and I finally gave up on it. But this time when I entered it wouldn't allow me to add something else to the cart because an item was no longer available. It actually allowed me to enter the cart to remove those items. I kept shopping only to find I can't access it again. Very disappointing.

I tried registering my card in the app and I keep getting technical glitch occurred. Talked to someone in the app and she didn't help me one bit. All she did was reset my password for the actual Lane Bryant website, and not help me out with the issue of registering my card in the app.

Insanely Slow 🐌 why is both the website and app terrible?! I have been trying to shop on both and it just spins around and around and around with every single click.

This app is terrible. It doesn't load correctly half of the time. Click and nothing happens. Lately even with the recent update, I add stuff to my cart when signed in and then if I leave and come back, my cart clears and I have to start all over.

App is very slow. Filters reset after looking at one item. When double checking items in cart, cart gets stuck on one item at a time and wont let me view another item unless I go back to 'shop'.

I try not to leave negative reviews, but this is my least favorite app I've ever used. It lags bad. We don't have a Lane Bryant close by.. Once again, I just spent an hr trying to order. My order isn't complete. I'm out of time... I truly hope they can get this app more efficient.

App is often unresponsive when clicking some of their links or just takes forever to load.

I forgot why I only used this app for paying my credit card and tried to use it for shopping today. After an hour of trying to browse despite the screen jumping all over the place and the inconsistent loading (sometimes photos, sometimes sizes, sometimes things you never tapped on, but sometimes everything you asked it to do), I got about 10 items in my cart, went to check out... and everything is gone. "Bad request," apparently. 💁 Back to CC payments only. 😑

Slooowww to load. I prefer getting on the website than the app much smoother and doesn't take forever to load. And when u go back to the list it rearranges the items. I hate the idea when I have to get on the app. I don't know if it is because it is over loaded or what but it has been that way since I started using it. I recommend the website.

Since the newest update, I get multiple notifications in a row (which I can turn off completely, just won't know about specials), I can't take my time putting items in my bag because when I'm done shopping it days there is an error and then the bag is empty again. And from other reviews, I guess if I ever can actually complete an order, I won't be able to pay my bill.

Horrible horrible app. This app frustrates me every time I try to use it. It is so slow constantly freezing and you can never get to where you can take advantage of the offers because of all the issues this app has. I literally hate this app. If the store had anything good to offer I would just visit the store but everytime I go in there they never have a good variety of clothing.

App is either very slow or doesn't work at all. Even if you get on their website it's terrible.

Really bad app, not user friendly at all, lagging badly, most items don't even come up at all. A waste of time using the app.

I have an account and credit card with lane bryant. it will not accept a password I have to use forgot password and reset it all the time. the reset works within. the app ONLY that time. The password works in the broswer just fine, but the app for whatever reason is not in sync with my account. This app is essentially pointless if you are unable to sign in without having to do a password reset each time.

Each page takes at least 15 seconds to load. It's waiting for the pictures, and then the Chat button to show up. Many times, I've had to force-stop the app and start over. As I type this, I have 7 items in my shopping cart, but the buffering wheel has been going on for 2 minutes. I've checked my internet connection, which is working fine.

I hate the look of this app it does not flow easily, ticket to the credit card portion is annoying and bizarre. It kind of has a feel of an old-time website. I will say that when you go back a remembers where you were at on the page and I love that aspect, but the rest of it has much to be desired.

Privacy Settings When First Using Disappeared Too Fast To Opt Out....HUGE RED FLAG!! I tried Uninstaller and re-installing to change settings but each time it would disappear before I could check if there was an option to opt out of sharing my info with any third parties. I ended up uninstalling and not re-installing after the 3rd or 4th time.

When I select a product to view, a picture does not show, only the description. I like to be able to zoom in and look closely at the fabric and see alternate views. . This problem occurs often so I wind up shopping using the browser.

It's completely unusable. All it does is load and load with a grey loading screen on top of the site. I have great connection, no updates pending, there is no reason for it not to load . For such a great(and expensive) store you'd think they would care about their mobile storefront.

I love shopping at Lane Bryant, especially online so I downloaded the app. Highly disappointed! It doesn't work like an app its it's exactly like the website. Doesn't hold you sign info no matter how times you check the box thats says remember me, at least on my browser I can save that info. Not even a option to sign in with fingerprint. It's basically the website that is taking up space on my phone. Will be deleting.

FABULOUS FASHIONS AWAIT!! Nice clean layout, easy to navigate side drop-down panel and home quick navigation bar at the bottom of the app. The only issue that I have experienced is that the "Favorites" now called "Wish List" takes a long time to load.
