Many problems with this app. Check deposit often lets you to go through the whole process, including taking photos of the check, but hit "Deposit" to finish and it gives error "Proxy or geolocation error. Try again later." Also deposits checks in the wrong account. It's all outsourced, useless for troubleshooting. Bill Pay can't get to scheduled payments, error "Scheduled payments not available at this time.". Run away! Update: New app is just as bad if not worse. Done with Langley. New bank.
Since updates, app has been running smoothly. Everything I need is easily accessible. I'm extremely pleased with this app!! Update 3.17.22: the look and feel of the app is WAY more complex than it used to be. I also cannot login as of today, it's continuing through loop. No update available for this fix. Personally not happy with the new app.
App is much harder to use than previous version. 2 factor authentication with nearly Any change or payment that you would make even from the device and phone number registered on the account. Any saved external accounts deleted with new apps requires adding the accounts again which includes a step to wait for a transfer and verification of the amounts to the external account took over 8 hours to show up now app is running slow and certain buttons are not working making verification impossible.
The app seems a bit slower than the previous iteration. I like that it provides more information even if you have to click on more buttons to get there. I do miss having the easy access widget the most though.
This app is theeeee worst. It is not user friendly at all. Like everyone else, it was awesome before they changed the format. It is like trying to find your way through a maze. Why must it be so difficult to use. It doesn't show pending or scheduled transactions. I like the old version much better. This is what is meant by *if it isn't broke, don't fix it*
great update except for the not showing of a transfer after its done without having to log out and back in again. it used to be an immediate action and you were able to see it as soon as you had completed the transaction.
UPDATE THE APP IS WORKING PERFECTLY NOW. I CONTACTED LANGLEY AND THEY WALKED ME THROUGH SOLVING MY ISSUE, THAT TURNED OUT TO BE MY FAULT. THANK YOU LANGLEY. OLD REVIEW Stopped working as of 01/01/2022 has worked fine past 5 years but now only shows money save program earned. Can't see balance or use the deposit feature! Please fix this ASAP. I'm on quarantine and need to add money for groceries to be delivered!
Updated the entire UI for no real reason. It's overly complicated and not intuitive. Furthermore they redid their website as well but that was clearly a rush job since the tabs are nonfunctional and has almost no functionality anymore. Want to pay your bill or transfer funds from the site? Guess again because those feature are ONLY on the app now
Anything that could be awful with a Banking App is awful with this one. The entire point of Mobile Banking apps is to make things EASIER, and this awful app literally couldn't make paying a Loan any more difficult. It actually doesn't work at all.
ZERO STARS!! .. OMG what have u guys done. 3x I have had to call CS because app refuses to allow logon..even after PW change.. the techs working on this app need to be fired..what good is a mobile banking app if u cant log on to use it..get it together or im switching to another bank where i can have access to my accounts when i need them
The new update is so confusing and hard to use ! The old way was way simpler and less frustrating.I refuse to even do it from my phone anymore,change it back asap.
It was an okay app before this latest update. Now it won't even let me sign in!! I have had a Langley account for over 2 years and can still log in if I go through Chrome but the app itself is so laggy, I wish I could give 0 stars.
3/9/22 was able to login after trying a completely different password setup. It would have been nice for the app to inform me that the password I was trying to use did not meet the password criteria. I figured out I could not use my name 3/8/22 - just did the update for more/better options just to have the app not allow me to login due to some error. Please look at the update and correct as soon as possible. 06/08/2020 - Since the update the fingerprint access stopped working. Please correct.
The new app works fine, the fingerprint biometrics works after you log in just hit the button on the login screen and give it 10 minutes, maybe sooner I didn't check till 10 minutes were up. I like the app it let's you know if you log into your account on another device with the ip address 👍🏾. Nice job with this so far.
This new update is the worst I used to love it but after the update they made it difficult to use requires a longer password removed the quick view balince option as well as removed the ability to store payment history over long term I guess it still works to check your balince after you log in and verify it's you vea text and wait for it to finish loading
I live in Binghamton NY, need I say more!!But I will because I can go to any credit union service center anywhere (there r 2 of them near me) and withdraw or deposit checks or cash. or just take a pic of my check and have it deposited right on the app WOW!!. Langley CU caters to me. God bless them :)
it works great let's me know how much money I have wen I need to check is asap. the only flaw I find annoying is having to log in everytime u need to check but it kinda makes since to do so so Noone else can see ur amount and take ur card
This app is garbage. It never loads and is always stuck on the log in screen. You cant do anything with it. If I could give a negative rating I would. Please fix it so I can do my banking.
App is trash once again. Can't do anything but reset my password and then it get stuck on that screen. If y'all need a real IT I got some people that knows what they are doing promise this wouldn't be a problem.
Trash new app, can never log in unless on wifi and if I ever do get into my account off of wifi it takes forever for me to be able to access my own money atp it's less stress to go to the atm would give it 0 stars if I could
Since the update I can't login into my payday apps it not recognize my new password since we had to change them and when I call to see if someone can help me with this they don't know what I'm talking about
This is the worst banking app I have ever used it always glitches it doesn't load it takes forever to do anything. I can't use this app outside of my home.
They change the app mainframe every six months to a year. I think, since having this app, it's gone through 5 different program changes and it's gearing up for another. It was fine the way it was, it just becomes less user friendly. Hopefully whatever time next year's is is the charm? Hard to really review it with so many changes, but the bank is amazing so you take the weird with the good.
I have been unable to log in to new app unless on wi-fi. I do not have issues with other apps.
Thr new system is great . easier and faster response time. Love it! Now get Zelle get 5 stars from me
Unlike other online banking, I'm having a degree of difficult with e-statements, need to somehow register inorder to gain access...
the app is very user friendly but, when I need to talk to a person they are really helpful.
It's an okay App. I've been attempting to use mobile check deposit on several occasions. I've been successful once over the past year. I've contacted Langley recently about the error and am awaiting the solution. Otherwise the app is convenient and can be navigated easily.
