I have the third edition french complete grammar and the section for that doesn't work. It opens but doesnt show anything.Only the fourth edition audio works. I've tried it on two different Android devices. I think they are trying to force you to buy the newer edition because they want more money. Shady!

Useless. Beginning learners need to HEAR native speakers pronounce words, say the words themselves and get feedback to improve. The app offers a "record yourself" function but no way to check if your pronunciation is correct. Too bad. The book is great, but it is less than half of a language learning toolbox. Quel domage.

Feedback .................... This app is a great idea, but for my book (Complete French All-On-One) the flashcards don't have audio, so we cannot hear the correct pronunciation of the words. This may limit the usefulness of the app and the entire program. This aspect is quite disappointing, it may not meet the basic standards of other apps and learning programs. Dispite this setback/disappointmen, I will still attempt the program. There could be an MP3 download for those who prefer MP3 files.

This app is advertised on McGraw Hill Education books, but is not run by them. Even though it is on my Basic Latin book, it does not contain any Latin. It barely contains anything! It looks like it hasn't been updated for over 2 years. If you want help with learning English, Spanish, or whatever the other 4 other languages it offers then it's easy to use. Learning a more "unique" language? This most likely does not contain it.

I bought the book Easy Italian Reader thinking I'd get a collection of MP3s, but instead i get this. It seems i have to be perpetually online to use it, which is inconvenient, but by far the worst "feature" is the blaring of very loud music whenever i complete anything and with apparently no way of turning it off. Bizzarely unhelpful.

I installed this app seemingly successfully, then tried for days to open it (also uninstalling and reinstalling several times). All I got was a white screen with blinking white dots. I'm very disappointed, as I'm taking a class with the text and really needed/wanted the support of hearing the dialogues and exercises read aloud, as well as the flashcards.

App opens right up, select language, found the book I was using and cranked away on the flash cards. Simple, easy, and to the point. Closed the app and re-opened to verify that yes my progress had been saved. My main suggestion would be to add a "shuffle" feature so the cards dont always go in the same order.

This app no longer works and doesn't seem to be supported, which seems like false advertising, based on the number of books I've bought that touted the app. The app won't finish loading. I've reinstalled the app and checked my settings, but no change. My emails to the developer get returned undelivered.

DOES NOT WORK. I recently purchased the book Complete Spanish Step-By-Step, which was advertised as including this free app; however, the app will not open past the white loading screen with the flashing loading dots that appears immediately after the app's title screen upon attempting to open. I've let this thing sit and spin for nearly 20 minutes with absolutely no results. I'll change my review if they every fix it so it actually works, but until then? Very disappointed.

Took me a while to find it. There were no instructions to find it in the Basic Japanese by Sato book. The audio is useful but doesn't work offline. It is a supplement to the book, not a teaching app. I would've preferred downloads such as Tuttle does for the audio of there language books since I normally don't have internet at home and my phone has limited storage. At least the app is free, unlike Genki textbooks.

It gets very frustrating when you have similar meanings (eg. Excepto, Menos, and salvo) with meanings of except. However, to get the answer you have to pick the right multiple choice question, even if three of the answer options say "except" you have to pick the right except. This is not useful and takes away from learning.

Just downloaded this app and noticed that the back button simply exits the app. There is also no way to favourite the book(s) you're using so you have to find it each time. These are just the thing I've noticed after less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend hiring a QA team with more clout.

My selected book(audios) would disappear once it's updated automatically so I would have to delete the latest version and reinstall the old one, over and over and over again, which is really annoying. :( PLUS, there's quite a lot of mistakes such as misspelling or certain answers gone missing.

Very helpful , lots of flash cards for memorizing words. I just happened to have the Spanish Verb book so this is a great companion. But I also use it for memorizing the days of the week that I am having a hard time remembering in Duo Lingo. So glad they made this app so I don't have to make my own flash cards 😁👍👍

If I hadn't learned hiragana prior to opening this app, I would be learning entirely wrong characters. Absolutely unacceptable. This is a terrible first impression with the app. I am uninstalling because I can't trust it. I took a screen shot to show my Japanese speaking friends what I am dealing with. Fix this.

I'll qualify this review that I've only gone through the first chapter (Spanish Verb Tenses) but so far I'm not impressed. I have found at least 3 cases where the Spanish word was misspelled on the flashcard. At first I thought I was wrong but it turns that it's the app. Now I want to know which one I learned incorrectly because of McGraw Hill's mistakes. My suggestion to MH: HIRE SOME PROOFREADERS

The improvements are impressive! I loved the new look. The problem, though, is that nothing shows up when I click the audio exercises, everything else works, however. Please fix that.

Sometimes in the Complete Spanish Step by Step flashcard quiz it will have the same option but one will be incorrect. It's happening because two of the flash cards have identical translations. I'm assuming there might be a similar problem in other books.

It works perfectly fine on my phone... don't get what others are talking about. But the UI does look flimsy and unproffessional. Other than that, it serves its purpose well.

This app supports a series of books to learn language... I have the book an my experience has been great. If you don't have any of the books it might be lest Useful. But even without the book I consider is still a helpful app.

I hate the language lab. I expected to HEAR the italian pronounced and instead, you have to speak but knowing what is wrong or right with what word! This doesn't help me improve. Also, the book, Italian Verb Tenses by Paola Nanni-Tate give exercises with words that you haven't gone over. Exercise 1-1 used 7 new words, 5 new verbs and 2 nouns.The book certainly didn't use building blocks to build learning on. Since the update the flashcards don't automatically reflash the ones you marked as missed. That was the coolest feature ever which made this stand apart. Please bring that feature back.

I find the app helpful and comprehensive... The only thing about it is that the audios cannot be downloaded in bulk for use offline so it is a bit tedious to use them where there is not an internet connection

It is really sad that the company offers this but doesn't care to make it functional. The books are laid out well, the content is great, the idea of a study app to accompany them is wonderful, but the app itself is just not functional. SO sad...

This app didn't work at all on my galaxy 6. Loaded up fine said it was I stalled then nothing . No icon no access nothing. I tried reloading said it was already loaded. Couldn't find anything on my Phone to delete it. My suggestion don't install because you'll never get it off.
