Does not work. Highlighted text in mail app, hit translate, it offered to install this App so I did. Went back to mail app and highlighted text again and hit translate and chose this app, then nothing, just blanked out text boxes and no translation occurs. It only works if you manually copy text, then open the app manually then paste it manually, so not as advertised.
Needs multiple word options!! I hate clicking back and forth just to start over to translate a second word. Maybe it's just for the Czech language but my translation would be misinterpreted. 'while' in English may be 1 word but there are multiple uses and words in Czech. This only gave one option and never offered another which I found to be the correct one. Im sorry for the bad review but google translate has it 5x better.
Very good at translation. Visit Spain on a regular basis. The really brilliant advantage is you can look back at previous translation which helps when attempting to learn the language.
Bloated with ads, even with an ad blocker. I'm going to stick with the ad free Google and Microsoft translators. This is also very slow to start up, compared to the near-instant time of the others.

It regularly changes the language that you are trying to translate and you have to scroll through ALL the languages to find it again...too often. But mostly, this app is RIDICULOUS with the ads. I read the other reviews and thought to myself "It's probably not that bad. I can deal with pop-ups". NO...trust me...it's that bad!!! You are also required to watch the ads for a certain amount of time. I appreciate free apps and I know they make their $ off of ads...but this one goes WAY too far.

The translated text doesn't make much sense cause Japanese grammar is so different, still it does a good job of translating single words.

Horrifying amount of ad content. Completely unusable. I'll take Google translate via browser any day over this. Refuses to even allow you to EXIT the app without closing ads. Classic adware behavior. (This is without even using any of it's features and just trying to close it right away after opening to escape it's cascading waterfall of pop-ups mind you.)
Update: my initial review marked it down for too many ads in a product that does nothing different or better than countless other translators. This is now even worse, now there are ads in the text box screen when you are trying to type, this causes such bad performance that even trying to type a 4 word sentence to translate will cause the entire app to freeze. Also there is an ad when you start it, an ad when you start typing, an ad when you close the type box, an ad when you click translate
Needed a speed download and one simple translate and just got bombarded with ads. This software is ad riddled puss, avoid at all costs. My first ever review, but I'd call this a public service announcement.
Yap it's nicely done but the problem is that it have so much ad's and it's too much pricee for the students like me in my knowledge. And one more last thing is that it take 3 to 4 sec for the start.
app says specifically "4.99 yearly" for ad free services. when i go to check out its suddenly $46. I'm not stupid. and your app isn't special. why should anybody pay for such a basic tool?
Language Translator so far has shown itself equal to my favorite program ITranslate. I need to continue using it as a candidate to replace ITranslate. So far it is doing an awesome job. We'll update my evaluation in the end of November. I highly recommend it for delivering on it's stated purpose. I can't argue about the price because it's free. Give it a try and see if your as satisfied as I am.

This app is good at translating but within the 2 minutes I used it, I had 30 ads. It is not worth it to use it when I'm trying to type out the phrase needing translation and get hit with an ad every word typed. I would rather go to Google translate on the web than use this app again.
The app is good, but, whenever I try to use the voice in some language it tells me that the language is not supported
Terrible Advertising Integration Several minutes in of exploring the app features, from translate, to document scan, to voice interpretation, I already am displeased. The integration of ads is overwhelming, distasteful and quite frankly, enough to keep me from using the product as I did in the past. Take it from someone in the ad world, Google. Want a hint? Duolingo displays ads tastefully. Learn from them. As a multilingual polyglot, I don't rely heavily on Google translate anyways. さよなら!
