Usually I'm not really into the story of games, much less rhythm game stories—but this one caught my interest and I really love the graphics and art. The gameplay is also quite different from other rhythm games, and the different difficulties make it even more fun to play. I'm very glad to have found this game!
The rhythm game itself is seriously fun, throwing in some calming music and appealing visuals at that. It really gets better when you start playing harder difficulties. I just had to write a review about it.
Nice game but its a nightmare to load. Everytime i finish a song and it shows me the crystals, it stops. It just stops, and im stuck at that screen. I always have to exit my game and enter it so i can continue to play. its annoying as hell. Please fix this.
The good in this game is that it has unique mechanics, and the song has varieties so you not get bored of too quickly. The only bad in this that the story has something missing, you can't download everything all at once in the starting screen as it just said that I don't have connection despite being right next to my wi-fi, and I wish you can customize the tuner. Other than that it's an overall good game.
Really immersive especially for a rhythm game, the art is really cute and the music is great, they've also done collabs with a lot of other popular Japanese rhythm games. Side note, I was actually intimidated by the first "boss". Presentation is amazing.
Well, i downloaded the game and I'm trying to play the tutorial but it just says "Ready" i can't skip it or anything. I thought i was going to experience something amazing but i was wrong. If this is happening in the beginning of an game. Then i wasted my time and space.
Excellent rhythm game, but again, you met up with the P2W wall. Most features can't be used without paying money. I suggest that this game has more features for the F2P community, yet needing some effort from the players to keep the game interesting.
I really like this game I've been playing this for years now, but suddenly this new update is making my music buggy the menu sound is like a broken speaker. I hope that this will get fixed.
Possibly the worst scoring system for rhythm games out there like cytus/2, fixed score but combo is playing part of the overall score? Then why the fk made it fixed scored system?
Ever since in my childhood when im 14 years old, i play this game, but that was few years ago, now ive grown 17 and now im come back to lanota with new updates and evrrything These favorite songs gave me my childhood back! I love this song so much
I love this game so far, but the airship level was way too jerky, the way it spazed around the screen by little bits made the tap ones not register my touch, caused me to fail the first time and I had to do it again on the easier difficulty. If you could fix that it would help that level a lot.
the story and the art style is great but I don't like the ui, offset is hard to determine, and the marketing strategy sus 😳. it is also hard to sight read
I bought the full version. I like to the fact u can slow down the speed at your pace. The art is beautiful. The story I'm not to far in the game so I'll give my last star once I read more.
It seemingly very laggy even though my space is 65GB or more since I have a 128GB phone I wanted to 5-star it but because on what I experienced,I could at least give it 2-stars unless this is fixed,I'm deleting it until I found some changes Sorry
Lanota is a very fun rhythm game. Free to play through the story, though I'd just pay the $2 or so to remove ads and get a better experience. Plenty of content, and it's fun to play through the charts.
I used to play this game a ton when it was in the early development. I lost it when I had to switch phone, but I'm so glad I found it again! It is one of my favorite games of all time due to it's beautiful song, art style, and game style! I usually don't review apps, but this is one everyone should try.
Awesome game, love the music. Story is good too. And among the top of the rhythm games on mobile.
I wish it was free. Update: Thank you.Update:I don't have any complaints now. And thank you for creating such an amazing game.
It's a rather refreshing music based experience.
Well, I'm changing my 1 star review, because the game does finally start again after the last update, however, now it's extremely difficult to play some songs as I'm getting repetitive frustrating frame drops. They only seem to happen when there's a lot of hold/slide notes on screen, so lower difficulties probably won't have an issue. The issue is is that I'm trying to clear and A clear 15+ levels, so it's extremely frustrating. I didn't have issues with frames before, I'm on a Pixel 3.
This game is exceptional. It has kept me engaged for a few months now, and is my go to game for when I'm on the bus! The music is mostly great, and the gameplay is fast paced, and fun (especially on a speed of 7.5-8). Only a few issues: I wish there were more boss levels like You are the miserable, and stasis. I dont like the levels where more than 2 fingers are needed :( Menus feel a little cramped Other than that, this game is an easy 5 star for keeping me engaged for such a long time.
This is a pretty good rhythm game. I like the plot, graphics, and songs themselves, and the idea of playing it on a circle was cool. It's also nice that you can play it offline. But one thing is that the actual bars that come that you have to press on aren't super synced with the rhythm and song, and it feels as if their speed changes as they come closer. In some other rhythm games, like deemo or voez, the bars are really synced up with the music so it's really satisfying when u get it right, but not as much with this one
Love everything about this game. I bought all the expansion packs without any regrets. A few thing you could improve a bit is the full screen display on Galaxy S9 (I don't know if others had this problem too), but basically when you start it up, a part of the title is cut off. Also maybe make the circle thing in the game not visible when going outside the border, or just remove the borders on the sides and make a full screen one.
This an exceptional rhythm game. I like that it really makes use of the fact that it is played on a touchscreen with the constantly changing positioning of the notes. While the game can be played without paying, the ads get quite annoying soon so I'd mostly understand that as a demo mode. Buying the full game is surprisingly cheap and gets you lots of content.
The storybook aesthetic is quite charming, and the story itself is quite engaging (not to mention 100% free!) There are ad delays occasionally before songs, but a very cheap 1.99 USD will permanently remove all ads/delays. Microtransactions are all in the form of song packs as opposed to individual downloads, and they seem to go on sale for 50% off quite often. Normally they are 3.99 USD for 5 songs. A subscription service exists for more premium songs, but I haven't tried it yet. Awesome game.
The music are really great and the gameplay is fun. After 30 minutes, I decide to buy the full version to get rid of waiting time and adds, it's worth it in my opinion. Dunno either I'll buy the locked chapter or not, since it's quite expensive. But anyway, so far, great and enjoyful experience!!
Its a unique experience compared to other rhythm games. It flips and turns which makes it really fun and a breath of fresh air. The music selection is great like rhythm games should but it is a lot of japanese, techno, and dubstep (although there is some other genres). The only critisism i have with this game is that it update a little too slow. But overall its a really fun game for a cheap price!
Best rythme game ever. I've played a lot of them and Lanota really is the one that stands out from the rest. It has a different concept as the notes come out from the center of the screen and can go in any direction. It makes it difficult not only by playing song faster in faster like in other games, but also by surprising the player with sudden turns and twists of the very screen. The music are awesome, and while it begins in the anime genre, it quickly changes to go over many a style.
