Loved the app before the update. It was super simple and helpful. Ever since the update I have lost information and it doesn't show some of the new information in the charts correctly. Cannot input dirty diapers. Will start using a new app if this problem continues.
The app worked ok but then the update came... it is terrible. Go back to how it was or I'm going to have to switch to another app. It's very confusing to navigate and sometimes doesnt save or display information correctly.
loved it and than 2 things changed. 1 when I make changes to the time it says data saved but doesn't change in History 2 time changed to military and not sure how to change it back. suggestion- include a section that adds up the total number of times you feed in a day and same for pumping
Before the update the app was great. After the update my pump no longer syncs to the app. I have tried to unsync my pump and resync back. But it still will not sync. Please fix the bug and I will edit my rating to be more positive.
Well, this was pointless. Bought the pump and a new tablet just for this app. Went to set up my profile and everytime I get to the terms it kicks me out and I have to start over again! 10 times and still no luck. What a waste of time and lots of money!!
I really like the breastfeeding and diaper portion of thos app. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't constantly ask me to add a smart pump. I'm never going to get one of those so please stop asking. Also, it's a little buggy- always losing the time I started a breastfeeding session.
App not formatted properly to adjust to all screens. Couldn't register because the registration link is cut off at the bottom. So app was useless once downloaded and had to uninstall. Disappointing...
The reasons it doesn't get five stars from me is due to the fact it never connects by bluetooth when I have it on since i set it up. Also due to the fact everytime i create a video it never seems to work when i get told it is ready. fix this is please
I purchased the Lansinoh Smart Pump because it's portable and got good reviews. Becoming a new mom I thought the app would be very helpful. I downloaded the app and have tried multiple times to make an account and when I click accept terms and agreement I get kicked out of the app. Fix this ASAP it's s very frustrating that I can't use one of the main features I got the pump for. Why offer an app that is useless.
Great concept however poor execution. Bluetooth never worked. when breastfeeding if I paused the timer (to burp the little one) it would sometimes change the time to something completely off.
Haven't been able to log into this app in a week. It keeps closing out. I've emailed company and reported it and nothing has been done yet. Guess it's time for a new app. Just wish I could get all my information off of it. Needed it for my daughter appointment and couldn't get to it. So sad and disappointed.
Recvd my pump today. I downloaded the app and made new account. When I try to accept the terms n condition the app fails and kicked me out. I tried several times and it won't go thru. Its pointless to offer the feature if it can't be used😒
The app doesn't connect with my pump. It doesn't accept the QR I tried scanning or the serial number. This app definitely need some serious work and multiple updates.
I've used this app since my son was born 10 months ago. It used to be very simple and easy to use but since the latest update the diaper section doesnt work-keeps saying fill all fields and wont save or allow for edits. It's getting very frustrating and I'm currently searching for a new app to save all my info. It's a bummer because all my info is in this app! :(
