Very good app. I like that you can break down the characters into their radicals. It's often better than any dictionary I can find online. Four stars because it could have more features: saving favourite characters, random character selection... But you definitely won't regret downloading this app.
It is great to immediately see the word broken down into its component parts. Like a lot of these basic programs it needs the option to create favourite lists and to export lists to a text file.
Great app. When learning it is so critical to be able to pull apart the characters and understand the base parts. Only problem is the unreadable light green so often used that forces me to use other apps to read words.
This app is great. But i hope i can find the words using yale, or showing the result with yale tone alongside with the pinyin. Overall great.
After creating database for the first run, everytime I type either pinyin or Chinese characters, nothing happens. Before updating to this version, everything was great!

Please make this available for the newer phones. When i bought a new phone i was humongously distraught and horrified to find out it wasnt available for the new phones we had. 😮 It is my absolute most favorite chinese learning app out there other then madarin tap which also now longer exists. It is the only way i truly understand the breakdown if tbe chinese radicals within a character. Please make it available for ALL phones!
