Functionality is now near non-existent. Takes an eon to navigate through, usually times out. After finally signing in, I get error codes and cannot proceed any further. When I go to the website, I accomplish everything in seconds. Please raze this p.o.s. from the ground up!
Really poorly conceived app for a library system the size of Los Angeles. App remembers all login information even when you unchecked box, leaving user open to potential account highjacking.
The app looks like an old early 2000s website it's so poorly managed and maintained and won't work properly
Would like to be able to view my "Saved" list I created on website. Otherwise, pretty simple and user-friendly app.
Can only search catalogs, can't do anything else. Was hoping for notifications for books available/due. Samsung Note 4
But wish it had more features like book coming due notifications and overdue alerts. Interface is plain.

Easy to use, fast results
It really has no use. Not one single module from the app works.
It gives you the option for SD card storage, however, every time I've attempted to move it, I get a message saying "not enough storage space," which is not the case. Please fix this problem.
App needs updating for current generation of Android. 5 years since last update.

Couldn't log in
Was a great app but suddenly stopped allowing me to log into my account. I can only search now.
Latest update makes me enter card number each time I use it. Search catalog is not that good in terms of results. Renewing is good
Quick and actually more useful than full LAPL website. A little laggy on ICS-could use an updateto fine tune. Otherwise really good.
Simple and no frills online app that you can easily look up your account, renew items, check if your holds are in. The catalog search is a little too simple, but useable. It would benefit from spell check and more advanced search algorithm. For example, you must type in the correct author or title, otherwise it can't find it.
Works great and easy to navigate. Much faster than accessing LAPL's website on mobile.
Could use an update, though. Reserve A Computer would be nice, among other things.

Can't access my account. Same company made app for LA County and it runs fine. What gives?

I downloaded this app so I can manage my ecard account, but it doesn't allow access.
This app hasn't been updated for 5 years. It no longer works on modern phones. Absolutely shameful. How can the public library system of the second largest city in America have such a garbage app? Our library system deserves much better!
