I have been using the app for a few days; the UI is very appealing and the use of its different functions seamless. One minor thing, the docs page's margins should allow more text width space.
Nice app, it will be a really helpful app for work. Combines chats, video meetings, docs and so many helpful features. Yet, still needs a lot of improvements.
Need this for work but my phone's notification is not showing at all, no matter how I change the setting. It was still working fine when I first installed the app.
Super love the app. Really helps improve workflow in the team as long as you maximize the tools and features provided. 💞
There is a need to improve it does not work without wifi. If there is a strong network in mobile data, only then does it feel like attendance.
Features are amazing and make life easy. Have been using it for few months and can't rate this enough.
Although ui feels abit old school but the feature are better then slack. Especially the auto translation for every messages. Not always works automatically so i had to manually click trasnslate but it works most of the time. Without having another app to do it. ❤
App is useless I can't login showing a Notice modal displaying "ShowDialogStepSubTitle" with Got It and Verify button..then goes back to login screen. Seriously this is a prod app??
The best apps for office use. All in mas maganda pa kesa sa Teams and other meeting apps. So many features that is very useful.
Too much big set up ,require more memory space to work. Create load on phone . Hanginging isssues. Comnectivity. Every time need otp to login. Interface as professional app is good.
It is a good app but when someone typing a message it show no sign of that he/she typing a message and if my mobile data is off and i turn on my mobile data if someone send me a message it doesn't show notification and if my mobile data is on so it shows notification so lark team you have to improve these problem
Before update is great, after update, the mini program (attendance) keep failings to load in, the first time I get help from customer service, and it's fixed, but now this problem comes again, and it's very troublesome for me, otherwise this is a very good app for working
No dark mode, awkward ui design that doesnt follow conventional and modern ux guidelines, functions almost like a web wrapper and not native UI, slow, janky and clunky. Messages and content doesnt even cache locally. No basic chat threading support, web version is missing even the most basic features like accessing favourite messages. No saved messages support. No active/away status. Bad design through and through. Utter garbage. Stay away.
App has failed to run underground on my Huawei honor 8x after I have set to manage manually so that the app can run background but to no avail
Lark version 5 which include new update is unstable. I cannot access mini program. It say mini program load failed. I try to log out, clear chace, get latest configuration but nothing change. Stil the same problem. Last time, i receive a popup regarding lark that ask my permission to allow. Then only i can access back to the system
It doesn't support linux platform. Linux is very essential for multi collaboration with backend system. Though slack is too expensive for large organization, it is now the only product that can provide solid support to linux platform
Good app but there should have been the edit option for when we making spelling mistakes in a post.
Some new messages appear in pc lark but not in the mobile version lark. It is weird.
Lark is great in many aspects, in that it is easy to use and have so many great features. However, i have experienced many errors these past few months. It would say, "Oops... something is wrong. Please try again later." Hence, i was always unable to join a Team. And when logged out, it's troublesome that all chats/gc disappear. The app's great all-in-all. Just needs a bit of fixing. #FixYou
It works great but sometimes my lark doesn't show notification when someone messaged me, Is something wrong with my phone ? I don't even know
Notification is slow. I missed many timely messages.

Absolutely amazing!! I'll be happy to give Lark 10 stars if I am able to. This app is very very useful. Probably you can find every features you'll need in this app, no doubt. Meetings, sharing documents, groups, AI bots that give you updates, schedule calendar, and etc you can find them all here! This app is a life savior for me and my team, especially on working remote (from home). I use it with my friends from different countries in the world, and it works perfectly fine!! 😍
I am sorry but I can't help my reviews being intensely cheerful. All the amazing functionality, clean looks and despite all the options it doesn't look cluttered or hard to use. Great achievement. I will base my organizations workflow with you guys no doubt. Let's work together for a new world
Every time this app need a very strong network and notification not showing that should be developed
Overall good, but need some more feature and optimizations.. 1. Translation output is still limited into several languages. It would be much better if the language output is also available for all the existing language display option. 2. Automatic translation is often delayed and we have to wait or reopen chat for it to translate. 3. Adding contacts should be more optimized. For example, if we can use unique username, and can add people with username searches, that would be awesome.
UX is confusing. A lot of features are hard to find. Integrating web messanger and mobile apps also hard.
Very disappointing after Dec update app not working at all I have to uninstall lark and download early versions since 2020 but it updated it self and the same issue is being repeating even I have reported many times but no response
Please help, after the the last update. I couldn't open documents on my browser. Scan qr code stopped working and I have no access to all my documents
So far the experience is great in terms of communication and documentation... The only current issue is the calendar, the texts in the calendar extend and get cut, it doesn't compress... This is for both pc and mobile apps
