The old app wasn't the greatest, but it worked. This new one is awful. I updated a couple months ago and it wouldn't work at all. I would only get buffering. Decided to try again today and it looked like it works. Well, when I would log into my account and press order, nothing happens. Tried several times. Closed the app and came back in as "guest" and could only order pizza! I also really wanted a salad but couldn't find salads anywhere! Not even sure if I will get my pizza. Come on LaRosas!
This app now works on Android again but it definitely needs more work. It is very difficult to navigate the app on my Pixel. A lot of menu items as well as checkout boxes are hard to find/get to unless your phone is turned sideways. Probably works better on desktop but as for my phone it's still not good.
The app updated and now it's basically unusable. The only way to scroll through the categories is by one millimeter at a time. Unless you only want to order what's on the opening page, don't bother.
Finally! Now that it's working it looks great. Easy to use and my info from previous app was saved. Only one issue I had.. couldn't scroll left/right on header menu.. but thanks for getting it back up!
I dont know what you did to this app but It won't let me order, I get a 404 error. Moving on to a different food app tonight..... Update now I don't get the error, it just doesn't add to card. This new version is terrible bring back the old version. Domino's thanks you for your terrible app
Apps spammy, glitches when trying to use since update restarted phone also you took away cash payment option or cant find it on app at check out. Not going to put cc info in your system sorry just not for me.
Won't let me order thru the app and when I call a store the only thang they say is the order line. If I wanted to talk to a person I wouldn't want the app. I am just going to order somewhere else that don't think my address bis invalid.
New app does not work well on Samsung devices. Can't see/scroll the categories. I can't believe this made it past it's testing phase into release.
Keep getting an error. Won't allow me to access app. Guessing customer service doesn't matter. Nothing has been fixed.
This app used to work great! I didn't even update it and the entire layout has changed. When I launch the app I am stuck on a buffering boot-up page, but if I hit the back button, it looks like I'm on the full LaRosa's website on the browser on my phone. It even prompts me to download the app, like I'm not already using the app??! The preview screenshots for the app are from when it used to actually work. Now it's broken. Please fix it.
They updated the app and it's not working anymore. (For reference, I'm on a Google Pixel 4 XL) The old app wasnt super polished, but it saved my favorite items and I never had any problems with it. Unfortunately, with the new update, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen when trying to place an order... Please let me know how to fix this
It worked well in till the update and then it crashes for people who have Androids .... fix the bugs
It works but it's pretty undesirable. I had to back out and go back into so many screens to make this order. It has a real hard time on my Android, maybe it was only intended for Apple. I'll still use the app because I can make an order, but it's very limited in being able to update details for any type of order and does not render correctly all the time.
The app has not had an icon for years. Somehow, the most basic and simplistic thing imaginable has been neglected. The system back button doesn't do anything, but I suppose that's a step up from when it used to just close the app. There are worse food ordering apps. At least this on isn't fundamentally broken, like others I could name.
Terrible. This app hasn't been updated for nearly 2 and a half years. App installs with Android Man as the icon. Really?!? Interface looks like broken images. I suspect problems may be due to age of app. I'm concerned that app poses a security risk. Uninstalling. Developer needs to update the tech to keep up with current versions of Android.
What happened? Updated and now there's an error on every item, can't order.

App doesn't work! It use to work great but now it just buffers and doesn't open. I like the convenience of ordering through an app. I just order from Pizza Hut now. Until they fix it they have lost a customer. If I could give this no stars, I would.
If you like loading screens and long waits this is the app for you. Initially I thought it was just download and log in issues, but then I perused the menu and click after click I was met with a spinner. Whoever designed that loading image should get a royalty. It's the only part of the app that seems to function. All I wanted was hogie. Now I'm ordering from Papa John.
App does not work since the update. All it does is buffer. I've deleted and reinstalled still doesn't work. Please fix so you can order from app again. Such a huge disappointment!!!! No one wants to sit on hold anymore
They updated the app and it doesn't work at all. This has been going on for a while now. Very frustrating especially when I order at leat 3 times a week! Get it fixed or I will be switching back to Domino's!!!!
It's hasn't worked for 2-3 months. I am now sitting on hold listening about how much faster I can be served by using the app. Really inconvenient, and unfortunately will be ordering from somewhere else until this is fixed.
Something changed in the past few months. I used to use the app just fine. Ever since they apparently updated it, I can't even order from it. I keep going in circles. Even opening it tells me I need to go Home. ??? The screen shots here are what it USED to be; that's no longer what I see when I open it.
The app use to work great and now it just buffers. Now I have to go through so many steps just to place an order vs going to the app an boom I'm done in now time. Why change it if it's not broken. Whoever did this needs to put it back they way it was.
App tells me my username/password is invalid. Reset my password, same result. I can login on a computer, but this app is terrible. UPDATE: Here it is, almost a year later and this app is still broken. I have found out that it does work if you have an old Android running version 8 or older. Hello, it's 2020, time to fix this app.
Hey, it sorta works now!! Only major issue is that the menu headers (pizza, calzones, hoagys, starters, wings, pasta, etc) do not scroll left/right. So you can't get past the first 3 or 4 categories. Well, technically you can, if you want to scroll 50x to get it to move about 1 cm over. So if you want wings, pasta, salsd, soup, dessert good luck getting to it. I gave up. Fix this so we can get to all the menu items and it's a vast improvement over the last version of the app!
