Laser Robot

The app is ...good... but you need to work on the user friendliness. Once someone is happy with the map, it should be able to save it so you can then create the zones. Creating zones right now is very frustrating if the last loaded map had a mistake or the robot got stuck. Also, saving zones is not clear as some buttons are "off screen". I love this robot but the app needs more work. Also. If a robot gets stuck & it needs to be repositioned, you should be able to tell it where to continue clean

Cannot save multi floor maps. Cleaning history is for viewing purposes only and is somewhat useless as one cannot tell it to re-run a certain path again. Also I find it amusing that the menu has one title in Chinese text only, Google translate says it's a reset button, lucky I didn't try that. Email of app developer bounces back. Very bad app for Alfawise V10 max. It does not do justice with the hardware which is very good. Lousy choice of software by Alfawise/Gearbest.

I bought a Taroma Robi 1 laser vacume. Very good vacume BUT the software (this app) really needs an upgrade). It is quite frustrating to want to schedule cleaning and the map gets wiped out. (Very often) You then need to start the whole cleaning function again to begin a new map. It wastes alot of time. Please put a *save map* function that actually saves the map.There's no "report a problem" function to give feedback to app developers. And I see in below. Comments no feedback from app developer

1st. of all, strange app for Alfawise V10 pro robot vac...looks very unofficial, I'm assuming they contracted out app development. App works but definitely could be improved. Currently there is a bug, if you are using the mop feature and have to refill/remove the water tank, the app will delete current progress & will have to restart from 0. App needs: restart cleaning from history route (if interrupted), save multiple maps (mopping only, multi-floors), no-go lines, suction settings for zones.

The main problem with Alfawise V10 Max is the app it's running on. The mapping constantly changes then U need to readjust everything, for example the zones move about half meter. Then there are sometimes some phantom objects which it will avoid but actually there is nothing and double walls show up on the app map what makes it look really messy. Also sometimes the V10 gets confused where it is and then in few seconds deletes the current map. Then U need to remap and to the zones again.

1. Why map and zones deleted each time the machine has error, and should start from beginning?? 2. I can't share the machine from app.

Easy and intuitive. Once you connect the vacuum robot you can define zones with a max of 8 trigger points, overlap layers to define task very accurate, share robots, schedule task for cleaning as your heart desire and much more. Those who encountered problems using the app most likely don't read instructions. The app deserve 10 stars, but i can only give maximum 5. I'm using it with a Liectroux ZK901. Thanks!

I'm trying for hours now just to install the laser robot app. One moment it doesn accept my email address and the next it has a problem with my password and then out of the blue my cellphone number does not exist. All this is info i've been using for years on other apps without issues. What is this security code and where must I find it? I can not rate the app because I can't find a way to install it. Isn't it possible to give more detailed information about installing the app.

App and vacuum will not bind to my Pixel 6 pro. Binds to the old Pixel 3 no problem....rendering my Alfawise into a brick. FIX THIS!!!.

Basic functionality, when it works. Experienced all issues relayed so far. Was logged out. Should be trivial, but forgot my password. Luckily, functionality to reset password is provided. Enter -phone number -user id -'code' The phone number cannot be entered, country code selection only. The 'code' can be anything. Moving to the next page lets you submit a new password. This generates an error message about an illegal phone number. Which can't be entered, remember? As good as no app.

The app is decent but I don't understand why it can't load different maps since it has a cleaning history with all the previous maps. Even if I could load a map I would not mind redrawing zones. Please add in a way to remember multiple maps!

App is very basic and a bit buggy, but it's biggest flaw is having no way to save maps or do multi-floor. Having to delete the map (include virtual walls) every time I move the vacuum up and down stairs is frustrating!

The robot it controls Alfawise V10 Max is excellent! But this app is really rubbish. There is lots of work needs to be done. Also it seems to drop maps often and the robot has to rediscover the place. The boundaries are square can't draw lines.

This app needs some serious work. I have had to remap my home three times in the last month, really frustrating. Also when I assign names to room with boundaries, the blocks "shift" and then I have to manually correct them

Easy to install, would like to see multi floor mapping in future update. Also when setting an area would be nice to have more than 4 points to set odd shapes.

@Richard tap the +bubble to get more nodes in zone selection. Pretty decent, I don't get all the hate. One thing I miss I'd to freeze the map so it won't get redrawn because of doors being open or closed or me standing somewhere.

Love the Robot, but the app could be optimized a bit. Once the app loses focus (moved to background) it loses its position so unpausing results in a fresh start.

The map continuesly disappearing. This the main issue. I have questions how to change selections for two rebot both installed in same app but I can't figure how to select each.

Very unofficial and not good app for alphawise v 10 max that costs 300 dollars. I believe GearBest should make a better and an official app. No multiple floor mode. Robot vacuum cleaner keeps loosing connection and i have to setup every time i turn vacuum off few times to bind again snf i am losing my current maps . Slow response on manual control .

The app does the trick generally. Few downsides: only remembers the map of one area (i.e. forgets downstairs after sweeping upstairs) and asks for password all the time if used from two devices

New update (voice totally ded and no water flow while mopping now) water flow stop can't adjust voice is half cutting and breaking before starting after finishing regional work no voice information just go to dock and value is very low now please fix it

So diffucult to map zones. Would be great to have option to create zone from cleaning history map.

App is terrible. Forgets the map and zones. But app is terrible. Latest update lost my zones and I can't redefine and save new ones. Exceptionally amateur app

Really good for total admin control of my Alfawise V10 max - Just wish Dev would consider linking it up with Alexa as a skill to enable basic voice control on/off through Alexa

Looses Map continuously and has to start the rescan and zones again

Issue connecting via Mesh WiFi, maps constantly needs to be reloaded.
