Following up on a previous rating I'd left, I've successfully ordered twice since leaving a poor review. Props to my delivery driver on both occasions, and to the coordinator for her attention to detail while keeping me updated on delivery status. I'm happy to update my rating, keep it up guys.
Yess!!! Okay, so to be fair, the app could use some work. It's a little clunky. But the service was smooth, fast and friendly. My wife is on a trip and or baby was asleep (so I want going anywhere).. but damn was I craving a nice could one. Thanks Lash, this is awesome!
It says it delivers to McKinney, and I've had delivery out here in the past through lash, but now it tells me "we'll be delivering in your area soon" what is the problem??
I just installed this app after hearing how great it was from my friends. But it had an error upon opening the first time, and says I needed to contact customer support. Tried it again, same message. No thanks.
Why did I place an order for two bottles of liquor only to be told that it was not available. .. back to search for two more, placed a restaurant order, why did the app keep freezing? Finally got to checkout ....Why did the app completely shut down? Why is it not on the app that their last oder is taken at 8:30? Well I'll just whip up sloppy joes... UPDATE.... I appreciate hearing back from LASH, I decided to give them another chance and we ordered some spirits, I have to say that everything went smoothly!
Great customer service. Whenever you hit a snafoo, just call/msg them and 9 time out of 10 they'll accommodate you and then some!

Only have 6 packs of beer? No 12 packs...come on.
Poor selection and high prices leave much to be desired. Would much prefer to get same prices I can get at any corner store plus a delivery charge. I would also like to be able to get common options like Miller lite 18 pk or 12 16s. Instead of being limited to overpriced 6 or 12 12s. Once you receive what you settle for there's the tax, delivery charge and tip of course. So now a 12 pk is $25
Delivers no where near carrollton or Addison Texas which was on the ad I clicked to download the app.

I have to select a delivery time before i can see any menus? I cant imagine a ux argument for that.

App offers only beer and wine just the bigger sellers at grocery store. Mixer brands are limited. App is slow. Nice idea though. $5 charge though on top of high price for orders under $35. I can plan ahead.
Downloaded and installed app. Easy enough to set up account. I can deal with the slightly marked up prices and tip, but have your inventory correct. I placed an order for two bottles of whiskey to get a call saying they didn't have it in stock. They offered no solution or compensation (small promo code for next order maybe?). This was my first, and likely last time I use the app.

The variaty of wines is not big to my taste, also maybe a preorder option will be good for wines that they don't have in stock
Wouldn't give me a place to put my dob....so I deactivated it...
Too expensive for nothing
Downloaded the app. Got to enter my address so that part worked. Submitted my email address for the next step and hit submit. App said "Thank you!" without any other option to continue. Bad UI and impossible to continue so looks like I'm trying a different service.
