Lasko Fan Remote Control

Tried to use to control the Lasko Model 2551 Tower Fan on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it did not work. It DID WORK on my Note 3. Controlled on/off, fan speed, swing and timer. But not the ION function, however - there is no ION button on their app so that's far enough. ALL the important functions worked on the above fan on the Note 3 running Android version 4.4.2 -- 5 stars if worked on Note 4

I'm sure you need s5+ as they are the devices equipped with the technology for infrared controls... and the last 2 notes, don't have one so wouldn't know. Only rated 4 star because there's no ionizer enable button I can use for my tower fan, works great though no delay either.

It was a smart idea in the first face for phones with an ir blaster [remote control] sensor but needs work. My phone knows when I press a button but nothing happends. I know how to and checked to see if it was sending out the code or following through with the task and not once did the test turn out that the signal was sent wrong or correct nothing. I tried it multiple times with all of the buttons and not one worked. Fix that problem and it is a life saver app for broken, multiple, and/or lost remotes.

New Jelly Bean Update broke the app. At the moment it does not work on my Galaxy S4

I have Updated Note 4 and Lasko fan. My remote works fine but this app does nothing.

I downloaded this application with a samsung galaxy s4 it works great when using KitKat. When I upgraded to lollipop it stopped working altogether.

I have a Lasko pedestal fan, (A Newer One) and this app does not work at all. For a brand specific remote app there seems to be alot of people this does not work for.

This remote is for a Lasko fan... Even though the remarks say please don't leave a bad rating for the fan, I will...because... this is a Lasko fan remote control that does not control a Lasko fan. so yes it gets a bad rating

I have three different Lasko fans and this app did nothing for either of them. Guess I will just have to keep up with the remote. Note 4

I have a Galaxy S5 and use other remote control apps with no problem. This flat doesn't work.

Worked perfectly fine on my note 3 but it doesn't work on the note 4, hopefully it gets updated

I thought this app wasn't working on my Samsung Galaxy S4.. Then I double tapped the buttons and they all work fine. Good replacement for when I can't find the remote.

None of the functions work! Useless unless you have the one or two fans the devs bothered to make it for.

Note4,, app does not work at all will un install it.

Works great on my Holmes hsf 1810 stand fan. Wasn't expecting it to but grabbed the app in a 'why the hell not?' Moment. Glad I did. Thnx guys. Using a galaxy s4. UPDATE. USED IT FOR A,YEAR NO PROBS. AFTER LATEST ANDROID UPDATE IT BRICKED...... SO DISAPPOINTED.

Does not work on my note 4. Please fix this.

I have a Samsung Tab3 & an S5. The app. works just fine on the Tab3 couldn't be happier but it won't work at all on my S5 what's up with that. Would really appreciate some help.

Does not work with Lasko fan model 2519.

I have no problem with this app. It works great with fan.
