You'll lose items , game errors all the time, you have to pay to play. Customer service is a joke! Dear developer, I did that and customer service said if there was an error it be credited, however no one follows up on it. 🤷♂️

Really enjoyable but could write better descriptions for all events and how to use them the best, I got many mythical items and I don't know how to properly use them... but still this game is a pay to play so paying is the only way to play properly
the game is full of bugs never fixed customer support never responds I have lost 30.000 diamonds on update bugs I contacted support 30 times on my other base they promised a refund at first then later refused to even after I showed proof but they did refund others who had the same issue. They never fixed it
It's just a mess, my storage is full of things I will never need and I still get them as reward, anything valuable you have to buy, but I still play to see how it ends 😂
This game is very bad they just want players to spend money.But they doesn't solve the bug which happened wil them Even after contacting the costumer service for 8 days . Nothing they doesn't compensate for the bug .
No customer service, allows bases to cheat, only China with free packages, no fair matchmaking, very laggy, always crashes, customer service tells players that they don't care about Play experience unless you spend real money
Can't switch accounts on my Google games doesn't work any more tried deleting and installing still no help also warz log in won't save so I have to renter info every time
Doesn't matter how much you've spent money, this game will make you pay more and more. Some players even spent so many that they can buy a house or cars in real life. More tasks to be stronger, means more money. I wonder how much those top world rank had spent. LOL Btw, 5 years playing this game I'm about to retire soon. The only good thing about this game is you can make friends with a lot of players from many countries.
Lots of ads... Tons of ads... Do not prompte again today features usually don't works (launch the game 5 times in a day, the ad will be shown 5 times, checking the box to not show again don't works). Takes a while to connect to some servers, latency isn't good...
Spend, win... Too complicated. They keep evolving the game to keep players engaged. Don't bother.

a few bugs but over all a great game only thing i dont like is that it can be quite pay to win
I would give a 5 star but ive lost two bases level 30 after working hard in this game to get to lvl 30 get their boom my bases are gone. I started playing this game cause im on hospice an had time on my hands but now i will never be able to get back my 30 lvl base it had 46 mi. In power. So ive started another base an i will probably die befor e i get it to lvl 30.
Needs to be polished better. Addictive, yes. Fun, you bet. However, some things can improve. There are way too many typos and basic grammar mistakes. The most recent update changed the player profile format and minimized individual statistics. Therefore eliminating the biggest factor driving competition among players (cant see zombie kill count, individual power and enemy troops kill is barely noticible). This game is fun, better than ok, but some things need to be improved. My opinion.
Game for spend much of money, not game for play ,not for fun ,no spending, no fun.... No event work ,no luck, fusion event 0 red 28 craft !!!!! Game of thieves!!! Cheaters!! It's just a game why you thieves, no matter how much people spend, it's not enough for you

Not able to open game after latest update, uninstalled app, reinstalled and also restarted phone but it still kicks me out immediately when I load up the game. Unable to access any of my bases
Love it but i have a few complaints and opinions from a true LEWZ player for 4 years! I wish you guys would give more to ones that work hard are loyal and cant afford to max out eveything¡ would be nice to me it easier yet work for free gifts
It's a pay to win game.Free players stand no chance against paid ones in a same state.New updates are even more money grabbing in nature.Developers of this game are just straight up greedy.Only strategy in this strategy game is to spend money to win.

The game itself is ok, ive been playing for a few years now. The issue i am having is that the game is having problems updating and when it does it still doesnt repair the problem.I have had e.mails saying i have been compensated but unable to get the diamonds,fuel etc. I will give the game 5 stars but if the problems are not sorted i think i will just delete it, which will be a shame as i have spent a few years on it.
I have been part of the Lewz community since November 2016. There has always been a gap between money players and those just grafting for rewards. It was manageable and we had fun. However, over the last nine months the additions and changes to the game have been vast and heavily weighted towards big spenders. Not only that. Previous purchases and efforts are being devalued drastically, particularly in the desert oasis event, re gold coins. Only option: REPORT to Google Play!
Devs keep dropping new things that are crazy expensive and do not give any time. This game is very quickly turning into Heavy spenders only. Ive played for 2 years and have spent a small fortune myself. But myself and many many other spenders are quitting because the developers keep dropping all kinds of new things with no feasible way to attain them without massive spending. Not to mention the developers have seemingly given up on trying to fix the real bugs that the game has.
Terrible, terrible update! With lots of bugs. Congratulations war z. I didn't think this game could get any worse. Why don't you test the systems properly before springing it on the players with so little notice! It is not a good format for enjoyable play anymore. If it wasn't for the friends I have been playing with for the last 3 years, I would delete this game. And I expect you will give me the normal response... "contact customer services". But I have had NO RESPONSE FROM THEM IN 3 WEEKS!
Spend more than 100.000usd on mobile app and still gready.. make no sense to ordinary people. If u don't have millions in bank account don't bother to play and waste precious time.
Decent game until you're basically forced to spend money and lots of it to even keep up with other players. This game is the biggest pay to win game I've played. A lot of features don't exist until you spend diamonds to craft an item just to find out its paper weight. And if you're trying to get refunded good luck. I had to threaten a law suit and forwarded all documentation from conversations with the developers about missing content they didn't mention never existed. That process took a month
