love this, always has the lowest prices *Update* The app no longer works. Every time I go to the payment to book, it's an error every time. It's been like this for months and had caused extreme inconvenience. Don't recommend. Sad, this used to be my favorite app with the best deals, we book hotels almost every other week too. Guess it's just time to utilize other memberships

Only installed this app to rate their service. I used their website for a reservation and was charged by the hotel and by last minute travel. The hotel charged me 25% less than the site. They feature a "best price guarantee" but they didn't even beat the hotel. I did get a refund from the hotel but I had two charges from my bank account for a week. First and last time user. I was leery and should have followed my gut instinct.

***WARNING*** If I could leave a zero star review I would. I booked through "last minute travel" It stated that if I needed to cancel, It would need to before 11:00pm on the day the reservation was made. We are traveling with a 20ft Uhaul towing a travel trailer so the hotel's parking needs to accomadate & it couldn't. I tried to cancel & they kept me on hold for 20 min only to say that it was non-refundable even though I had a cancelation voucher & kept my money! A TOTAL SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Have used this app and with only one exception, have never been disappointed. Always got incredibly good hotel rooms at a low rate. Granted, it's been a few months because of Covid-19 but I attempted to use the app just to see what was available and kept getting error messages. Is the app no longer in service? Would've been nice to be advised seeing as I have been a member for over 6 years. Will give it higher score if the app returns to service.

Scammers! Avoid this app. It shows the total price after reservation, but when you get to the hotel they charge you extra fees that "were not included". So I could've reserved better hotel for that price. Never ever using again this app

This app can't stop crashing from the moment I downloaded it nothing works. don't get me wrong your service is great just not through this app. I did purchase some great deals. But I do not recommend this app. Works a lot better just going directly to the website from a browser.

I've used this app twice, both times the reservation was confirmed and when I got to the hotel to check in, the hotel was infact unable to take me reservation due to being sold out! I got a refund but was not compensated for getting to sleep in my car!

Terrible app. Cant put in promo code. Also hotel quotes in usd but it booked hotel in euro for same dollar amount so cost me much more. Then support say they cant do anything about it as I didn't book via last minute travel? What of course I did but they say they only agent and contact supplier? DO MOT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

I have been trying to use the app for 4 days now and since everybody from 2021 has been saying the app hasn't worked been working I'm assuming it no longer is going to work since it is now a year later and 2 er and 2022

Will never use this service again. Booked my trip 2 days in advance. Stated cancellations require 24 hr notice. Tried to cancelled, well within the 24 hrs, and they told me it was non-refundable. Then she asked if I still wanted to cancel? Aweful and disappointing!

These people are a bunch of scammers.The app crashed and when I reloaded it somehow just the date changed on the reserve. I called and they said since you paid the hotel directly once you got there, all we have to do is speak with the hotel and confirm your payment to reimburse you. Sure enough I sit on hold for a while, hang up, and then call back. He says ma'am I'm trying to get in touch with the hotel no one is answering, I'll call you back or email you. Nothing. Hotel says no one has called.

This app is a total SCAM !!! .. I tried TWICE with TWO different bank accounts an cards an BOTH times they canceled my reservation an basically STOLE $375 dollars from me !!! .. They "said" it was fully refunded back to me but yet when i call the bank it says they have not released funds !!! .. Totally a SCAM

Great deals with amazing prices, very easy to use app. The comfortable UI made booking fast, efficient and easy.

Twice I used last minute travel to get a hotel room. Both times I had issues with them charging me and than telling the hotels my card hadn't gone through so both times I paid double and after speaking to them several times still have not received my refund

Installed app, never worked from the beginning. Says error, try later. Reading the previous reviews, I'm glad I didn't make a reservation through this scam of an app! Uninstalled

its awful you download the "free app" which asks for a credit card # for future purchases/bookings and immediately take $50... Worst experience with an app so far

- Booked hotels through the app (made sure it's the refundable rate). - Cancelled due to covid, LMT said refund will be processed as per terms, the hotel confirmed. 3- It's been more than 3 months and still no refund yet, just being told to wait citing COVID ( and I assume they will never Refund it). 4-Let this be a lesson to anyone thinking about booking with them, DO NOT DO It! Travel companies are judged by how well they reacted to COVID drama and this mob proved to be the worst, beware!

Site is not working , unable to do book hotel the message is "something went wrong, please recheck in few minutes" are staying for 2 days

Absolute shambles no back up. Customer support ridiculous. Won't be about much longer.

Do NOT use this company i boooked a room and due to medical emergency was not able to check in they refuse to refund accomadate a new reservation. The customer service was HORRID the guy saod he works from hime which led me to believe this is a scam. This is a scam scam do not USE this app use credible app like Hotwire or Priceline. The guy said its my problem not his, well your thievery will be well documented. Do not ignore the rating and other comments This is the worse experience of my life!

Never worked, had to uninstall. Very thankful it didn't, considering what I just read on the reviews.
