A very erratic and unreliable app, 3 different passengers on the same reservation, checked in for all 3 15 minutes prior and all of a sudden it would only show 1 boarding pass which caused a delay that almost made us miss our flight. At this stage of the game for you guys to have these bugs is completely unacceptable and could have catastrophic implications for your clients which I have been a loyal client right up until now. Show me that you care please!!!
The website and app are not the best, full of bugs, doesn't work properly. They should upgrade everything and make it more useful, functional and simple. There is no chat area. The app works more like a browser, it offers some kind of shortcuts to load the website, just that. The only good thing is that the app provides some sort of interoperability between the main site and the latampass site.
This has possibly been the worst airline experience I have ever had. This company claims to have a flight change/refund service which is a complete LIE. They have a phone number they don't answer and if you create a case for any problem you have, they email you an automatic response that is of no help. I replied explaining my situation of wanting a refund, that I would contact a legal representative. Only then they wanted to help and request my info. But here I am days after and still no refund.
This app is full of bugs, unintuitive navigation, and, when you think you are done registering, it makes you download another app that launches in Portuguese and does not recognize the LATAM Pass that one just created and was verified by email. Not all views are mobile friendly and just in navigation.
This app has six pages. When you complete the last page it gives you a message that you have not submitted a valid telephone number. It then takes you back to the beginning where you have to re-enter all the information again. You are very careful to ensure that you have submitted a valid telephone number. It makes no difference. You are in a perpetual loop. Rubbish software
Este aap es inestable y hasta ahora me ha resultado inutil, no logro hacer una sola reserva con Latam sin que se apague. Ya he probado apagar el equipo y reiniciar con el mismo resultado. Muy inestable, a ver si lo arregleis porque asi como está no vale la pena. This aap is very unstable and so far, has been useless for me. I haven't been able to book one single flight with Latam from this app without it crashing. I've tried rebooting the phone and I still get the same issue. Verry unstable.
This app is so bad that doesn't even let me pay for the tickets. I'm trying to buy tickets since yesterday, I filled up all the information, then when I try to go to the payment page it doesn't work,shows me a blank page forever. Could it be worst? Yeah! Something happens in the website.
Impossible to login. I can log in several LATAM websites, but when I try to login with the app it says that the information doesn't match. Very annoying, spent 20 minutes to check in because of this bug.
Unusable. Changes the Language automatically just because I have to select where I am resident. Newsflash.... not everyone speaks the Language of the place they currently are living. If I chose my home country the App wants a phone number from that Country... Newsflash.... I live abroad... This happens when people take Airplanes. Uninstalled...
Does not work when needed. Every time my ticket is rescheduled I cannot find the flight in the App. The App shows me a message that my flight information is not available anymore. My flight is in 48 hours and I cannot check-in. Useless!
Super easy to use. A bit of lag but nothing crazy. Will not let me make a payment on the app though, it freezes at a loading screen for checkout of seats and luggage payment. Online works though.
Terrible app. Doesnt allow you to log in. It works only on PC. Set up password again and again and doesnt work. It is so badly designed it makes clients choose another airlines.
This app is trash. The whole purpose we downloaded this app was to expedite our check-in process and to avoid lines at the airport.. Out of the 6 flights we have scheduled, we were only able to check-in once. Uninstalling soon.
App isnt fluid and buggy. Repeatedly timed oit before I could get through all the pages and answer all the questions to make an account. Wont load my boarding passes. Wish I could give it zero stars.
Check in gets randomly erased (even after issuing the boarding pass), all information you enter gets lost, i chose one seat for a fee, upon check out ot charged me for three seats. Full of bugs, useless.
Very poor. Displays the flight information ok but when I try to Log in it doesn't recognize my email address despite the fact I have received messages from them at that address.
Unable to log in to frequent-flyer account or change language independently of country of residence. Country is irrelevant to language, just let me pick the language.
Seems to work but made difficult as only option is Portuguese. Some of your passengers only speak English.
Been trying for months to add extra luggage and it just simply doesn't work. I get stuck on a blank screen and nothing ever happens. Just fix it already for God's sake
It is just the same shown in the website. Slow and glitchy. No way to add luggage, it shows a white screen.
Awful app, please for God's sake hire someone capable to develop a decent app. This app is slow and crashes a lot. This is one of the 3 biggest brazillian airline but this app makes me feel like I'll fly in a balloon...
Cant edit profile on app, can't access account on web. When you try to access your profile on web it takes you to a Brazilian latam page and asks you to enter account info but just gives errors of user or password every single time for the last 2 or 3 months.
It's a good app. There's this issue that I can never set my seat, or it randomly chooses it, or it doesn't and it says that I have to set it in the airport. Fix that for a 5 star app, please!
Cashes 100% of the time. No exceptions. Started behaving weird these early Oct 2018.,,nit sure if it was due to an update. If so please revert to the previous version asap
Super glitchy. I complete my check in, half the time I still see the option to Check In enabled. No way to get boarding pass. When it does show Boarding Pass as an option, it never works. Worse, there is a bug on the birthday and expiration date...choose a day, then a month, then choose a year: the month field resets to January after choosing the year!! I cant imagine how many headaches this causes for people when they get to the airport.
