It doesn't work on Android 9. I have given the app all the rights and permissions it wants, but each time I try to launch a video it tries to rotate the display, appears to start playing the video, and then returns to the menu. It used to be such a great option on Latam flights. Now it's useless. three weeks later and it's the same: advertising works flawlessly before each attempt to watch content. So I am treated to two or three commercials

There could of been more variety with kids' entertaiment. Although I criticize the interactivity with the plane announcements, the application was good enough to enjoy for a decent flight. It never crashes thank goodness.

The app takes control of the sound volume when displays adds, forcing the user not only to watch the advertisement but to hear it also. Unacceptable. And permission for bluetooth?

Unfortunately, I was never able to use the app because I couldn't even connect to the Latam network. There was a message saying "Connection has no Internet access" every single time I tried to connect to the app.

If I could give less I would, Why does it need access to my photos and media? There is no information on disclosure so they can do whatever they want with the info they get from access to personal data.

Issues with Android 9. Content can't be displayed. Advertisement of course works perfectly.

Yes this app is a must! Works great deslite is so limited. But it does what it was designed for.

Latam Play is good but I have tried constant times and I can't connect im not saying your app is bad it's just that I want you to fix this annoying glitch.

The app is great. When the crew don't forget turning it on it's even better!

no way to give latam access to my images etc on the phone. what do they need that for?

You cannot install the app if you don't ammow access to media, photos and archives of the fone... what does LATAM want to know about me? This kind of permission should not be necessary to install such app.

It's working just fine, i could change seats from my next 6 flights (it took me a little time) but without any major problem and checking in should be fine too.

It give me a error message saying that the os have being jailbreaked or rooted when it isn't and it didn't allow to watch anything

Works for my Nexus devices. The only problem is no power supply on flight so I can only watch for around 30 minutes

Does not work with the Oneplus2 phone. The app complains that the OS is rooted, but it is not. Other apps streaming or playing proprietary formats like Netflix or google play movies work just fine.

The app is great and also the content. What is terrible is that the app doesn't block the person from using the device (tablet, mobile) with external speakers. We are in an airplane for god sake. Only earphones should be enabled in the app to play sound.

I already tested this app on airplanes b4. But it didn't work. I hope now work.

This is not working with a lot of phones. None of the one plus phones work, they have issues detecting root (mine is not rooted) and my phone and many others are not working with this app. Hope they fix it.

Very frustrating impossible to use on a OnePlus model phone as rooted or not it won't let you use it Despaointed
