Great game, really helps to get you thinking like a machinist. The calipers are a little jittery (add an adjustable caliper speed bar like the one for the in game movement speed for precise measurements) Also a toggle to switch between being able to move the calipers and the micrometers. Spheres are also extremely difficult to achieve accurately, able to calculate tool offsets and angles of tapered parts but not quite sure how to get my spheres correct. Other than that it's an amazing simulator.
Ive seen that the dev team answer to all comments personally and just for that they get a bonus stars from me. The game is actually the best in the style right now. The only problem is that there is too much tools on the right corner so some (like the lock on up/down or left/right) are almost impossible to tap. I guess it is easier on a pad but for a cellphone, it would need some reworking. Amd option to enter specific parameter could also be nice. Keep working you're getting there
I really like the idea of the game but it needs more work. The graphics need a little work but I am more concerned with how the "game" works. For me at least the x/y locks dosen't work, and the automatic gear doesn't work. I have to press them like 30 times to engage. I might be doing something wrong. Over all I really like this game. Just plz fix the bugs. I have a problem with one bottom at a time.
I love this simulator so far, my only issue is that I began playing on my Note 10+, paid for the full version anticipating that when I got home I'll be able to enjoy it on my tablet. Turns out that I need to make the purchase again instead of being able to restore the purchase like many other apps. *Edit: 5⭐ the developer has been extremely helpful and understanding! That's more than I can say for most developers. Keep up the good work!
It's a fun game. My only issue is that the buttons to lock the axis movement do not want to activate. When I try to press them, the joystick moves and the knife hits the piece more than I want to so I have to restart. I played the original lathe sim game as wel and this is so much more fun.
Update: My previous review was critical due to glitchy game breaking controls, however the developer is very responsive to the players and updated the game, fixing this issue within a matter of days. There are still some minor issues however this game is still fun and I definitely see a lot of promise for its future!
I understand the need for ads, it's 100% understandable. However this unfortunately pushes it beyond reason. The tips break CONSTANTLY for me and I'll end up spending way more time watching ads than actually playing. It feels so restricted. Ads are understandable, but this implementation is not.
This milling game is the easiest to play but it brings me unique experiences ever with its 3D graphic designs. I have a chance to carve my own unique artifacts and done not have to bother about cleaning up the mess afterward.
I enjoy everything of this game, especially the new and improved 3D graphics, which means I have a 360 degrees view of the work area with the possibility of zooming in/out and looking around the lathe machine.
Its hard to find unity apps that aren't hardware intensive, this runs well on an entry level android phone. Its satisfying game play paired with a veriaty of cutting tips makes for an enjoyable experience when Im killing time.

I have been a machinist for more than 10 years and this is simulator app is as close as I have come to real life machining. Even the engineer software I used to program multi-axis machine's wasn't even close do the real feel World experience of this app. I can olny hope the come out with a milling simulator app.
At first I thought it was a demo due to the words "Unlock Full Game" But after talking to the developer they explained that it is not. But in my eyes it will always be a demo until the in game purchase "Unlock Full Game" is changed to "Unlock All Features" Once that happens then I'll no longer think it is a demo.
Unbelievable game. Make a PC version, with a cool story starting as a small business heir, with lathe and workshop upgrades, storyline missions and random ones where you can be creative. I'll buy it and can even help with testing and translation.
Fun to use. If it's possible, a bit of vibration when the tool touches the wood would work better than sound imho. 5 stars for effort and a job fairly well done. Keep up the good work.
It's a simulator isn't it? Ive Never seen a lathe with a joystick before are they new ? . I did explain how I would like it better . Controls up like a normal lathe and make it into a game that has progress .customer jobs ect .

Everything in the free version is good except in career mode. When i go to unlock the 3rd part it says no ad avail check internet connection...and im clearly on the interwebz.

Decent performance. One thing that is difficult is measuring it would be great to be able to zoom in more and be able to move the camera more freely

It is a very modern advertisement website where you can see all the different kinds of products it is like dream come true. It has nothing to do with lathe after 5 min after different parts start breaking.

I'm sure great game, but it has to work to get better reviews. Another update : just tried again. Still black blank screen. I will up my review, because I'm sure it's a great Sim and the response from the developer has been great. But still unplayable on my galaxy s10.
