Launch Federal Credit Union

The last update I had to sign in from a computer and change my password. Unfortunately the app does not respond to any login information. Login from a desktop or a mobile browser works, but the app no longer works.

It's alright, I use to have BoA and they're app was better but I don't hold it against them. Launch isn't focused on they're app as much as their amazing customer service. The app is mostly for basic things that you can do on a laptop at home. The customer service itself is where you need to go anyway for security reasons and that's where they get it right. Launch is professional and absolutely will take care of it's clients. That's why I choose Launch over BoA

It's pretty average. It works, it's fairly easy to use, I havent explored all the options but I really like that you can speak with a representative through text messages when you have questions, that is my favourite feature by far.

Easy to use. Does everything I need in an easy to operate fashion. Only drawback is I wish you had a "show password" option. I know it's a safty thing, but the amount of times i have accidentally put the password in wrong by 1 letter. Would be nice to verify I have spelled it right. Husband keeps locking himself out because of this, big fingers and not noticing it is add more than one letter.

Way behind the times. Still doesnt offer cash back on any purchase forcing customers to get credit cards from competing banks. At least you can remote deposit sometimes however it often says there was an issue but won't say what it is. You have to reshoot each side of check repeatedly trying to get it to work as it won't state what the problem is. Sometimes it never works and you must drive to the bank to deposit a $3 rebate or personal check.

Menu options for Fund Transfers and Loan payments don't work. Click them and the go to the map of branch locations or a blank, black screen. Been ongoing for months.I uninstalled the app. Useless. Use the web site instead.

Easily keep track of your account. Make transfers etc. Any problems staff willing to help with any issues with your account or using the website. I'm technically challenged and I find it user friendly.

The more important functions to me aren't easily found. Mobile deposit is super important and I have to go searching every time. Sometimes I remember and find it other times, I have to drive it to the bank. That function should be right there next to transferring money. People don't want to wait in a car line or inside just to deposit a check.

Everytime I go to transfer money into my savings it automatically goes to branch and Google maps pops up showing me all the locations. It's been happening for awhile now. I dont understand the point of keeping this app on my phone if I have to log in on the website anyway. Fix it!

The app suddenly will not let me log in. When I use my fingerprint, it says, "fingerprint recognized". Then it just goes back to the log in screen. Then I put my password in and it says error: cannot connect to server. I am sitting in front of my server. My internet is working. I am surfing the web on my computer. I can log into my Launch account on my computer. I need to make a mobile deposit. I cannot do this from my computer. It has to be done through this app on my phone and it won't work.

I can no longer open this app on my phone since my phone's last update. It's irritating because every time I would try to open the app, I received a message that it just stopped working.

I am not really sure why everyone's reviews have been ignored by the credit union. I just downloaded this app to use it on my tablet. I was able to register the tablet but every time I tried to sign in it either kicked me off or the screen went gray. I'm also wondering how it is some people have a 5-star review on an app that clearly doesn't work. Wake up launch Federal Credit Union! I think it's time to take these complaints above the local banks.

It's a bank app. There's not much that can be said. It's handy to know your balance. They don't close it down for " maintenance" as often as their web site which is great. You can transfer and make electronic deposits. I use it daily to keep on track.

It's ok ..I guess because it wants to assure security sometimes if you forget your log in info and get a new device you have to go to the bank to get clearance with your id.. which can be an inconvenience but like I said they are only protecting you.. so its overall a good app

Excellent app!! This app is very easy to use. If you want to transfer money you can easily do it. If you want to apply for a loan you can easily do that also. It makes banking so much more up front and easy.

your app sucks. i tried restalling it and its even worsr now then before. i am fixing to switch bank just because of this...its driving me crazy that i cant check my account due to issues all the time to the app. Have the time I don't have a keyboard. I can't transfer money due to not having a keyboard

I love this app, but had to give it a three star cause since it updated it doesn't have the member to member transfers as an option and It makes making bills and other things easier for my husband and I . So please fix this ASAP! Thank you so much

The app is very easy to use very user-friendly. I really like the staff at launch Credit Union if I've ever had any questions they're very knowledgeable. I have no issues and I'm very happy to be with launch Credit Union.

I love this app! It makes banking so much easier. And with the current health crisis going on, I rarely need to physically be in the bank to get my finances in order! Great app

Everyone is just GREAT at Launch! They are all very Professional and helpful. They go above and beyond their job titles. I would highly recommend this Bank to anyone.

It freezes up, kicks you out, stalls, or wont even let you open up the app majority of the time. App sucks but the bank itself is great! Awesome customer service.

im currently experiencing a problem where when i log in to see my balance, it will freeze, then take me back to the login screen. i cant change the screen or access my account info, just logs me out. ive tried reinstalling but nothing has changed.

Love the bank but the app and online not so much. Please make the mobile deposit easier and be able to see a copy of what you deposit and it's very picky take note from bank of America easiest online and app experience ever.

Unable to make mobile deposits and even the bank staff cannot figure it out. I don't think this app is as easily useful as other banking apps I use.

The app is user friendly, the only change I would make is on the home page. The blue background is too dark and the sign in information is hard to read.

Always having issues. Constantly waiting for bugs to get fixed in the app. Seems like I can never use it when I actually need it.

Worked great until the maintenance and upgrade. Now I have not been able to mobile deposit a check ever since. No matter what I write will not deposit. Great upgrade!

Its easy and simple to login to manage money on the go. Like the way to veiw transactions as they are being debited or credited to my account.

There is no option to update the app on the play store only uninstall. I have not been able to use my mobile app for Launch in the last week. Please provide an option for mobile users. I have uninstalled & reinstalled and now I'm being told to update the app. What's up?

you all stink. I've never been able to access your information on my account. even with my daughters help which is a very experianced banker at a much better banking institution. I'd give you zero stars but I don't have that option. Tsk Tsk.
