App crashes at every login. Unusable! Edit: the support team worked with me and helped get things going. I am now able to log in with no errors and they pushed out a fix quite quickly! Thank you Launch Support!
literally just made my account and downloaded the app like the website homie too but it keeps crashing everytime i try to login. kinda frustrating when i have to go and login online versus the app. suppose to be more convenient but it sucks. wish i could give it zero stars
Installed the app, rsgistered my account and when i went to log in, the app crashed. Tried logging in again, and the app crashed again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried to log in, same issue. So inconvenient.
Not user friendly for making payments and the two step verification only has an email option no text option. Annoying to use monthly in my opinion

Automatically crashes without explanation, I cant even log in. You cant buy better software technicians with all my student loan money?
Avoid this company at all costs. They lost my information in a data breach and I was scammed by a phone rep. They never deferred the loans for covid and they report me late for no reason. They call my phone and hang up and leave voicemails with no content. Trolls 100%

The app never works
The app itself is getting 4 stars, as it is very easy to use and very self explanatory. I have had a much easier time paying my loan with this app. What's getting the 5 stars is the tech support I received when the app started giving me trouble. I had one specific person helping me with my situation but an entire team working to get this app back up and running smoothly. So thank you.
