Laundry App & Dry Cleaning

Happy with the way the app works. Was able to do all the things I could get done on the website. Have used the wash and tumble dry service twice now and so far it's been fantastic; no delays with the pick up or drop off of the bags, no missing or damaged items. I'm very pleased with Laundryheap altogether.

Order delivery delayed two times. I had a lot of stuff and put it in decent bags rather than in garbage bags. They lost the bags and are not doing anything about it. Look elsewhere, competitors have similar prices, are faster andc offer better customer service.

App is good. Availability of pick up is a little long and typically 48 hour turnaround. However, when things go wrong (eg need urgent pickup ) or you need help the customer service is exceptional via live chat!

Update: I've used the service multiple times in the past year and the same high level of service continues. They do need a better system to distinguish different types of services, but that's minor. Original: Very convenient. Simple intuitive app. Very reliable arrival times given. Great service. Excellent app.

Good service (pick up and collection quick and easy). Result was mixed; I will need to re-iron one of the shirt collars and the washed clothing was in a tangled lump. Advertised prices should really include VAT. Overall, I would use the service again.

Me being Lazy, was looking for an option to dry clean my work blazer. Found laundryheap, was initially unsure as never tried before. But honestly it's pretty straightforward, on time pick up and delivery. No issues. Did what I expected. Will definitely use again. Not sure of price comparison but hey, who cares? My Uniform is ready for work.

Horrible service, they were very good when they started in singapore , but now the service is pathetic. After bookig they change the collection date just hours before pick up to further 3 to 4 days down, and same goes with delivery, they change dates at the last minute. Need to plan for 8 to 10 days just to get laundry done. Many other newer services in Singapore are far better now. Laundryheap is more premium yet pathetic service now. I had given them 5 stars a year back, now its worth 1.

This app is easy to use and the service is super convenient. The laundry is always picked up and dropped off within the window provided and the clothes come back clean and nicely folded.

On the surface this is a convenient app however on my first use they failed to return my items within their stated timeframe costing me the need to go out and buy work shirts to cover the delay. It would have been less inconvenient to use a traditional laundry service. Since then it has worked well so hopefully this was a one off.

Great service, even though a bit mistake but then fixed it right away and the customer support very helpful. I would like to recommend to use their service

Not recommend at all They are only good at advertisements It was a really bad experience from the first time they spoil my clothes so i can't wear it anymore & they changed me double the price

CAUTION: Use at your own risk. When it works, it works smoothly, but when a hiccup happens, it's REALLY bad. Lost all my clothes in a recent order; driver never came to deliver while he claims otherwise, and of course Laundryheap doesn't keep any record/physical evidence of the clothes being delivered to the right place. Their prices are ridiculous. They charge 80 QAR just for the booking (doesn't matter if you have 1 cloth or 10), and then on top of that some more after delivery! CRAZY. AVOID!

Laundryheap is great. Managed to get my shirts cleaned and iron consistently and on time. It's easy to schedule my cleaning around my busy schedule

Prices are upfront and arranging for pickups are a breeze with the app. The helpline team is also fast in helping you answer questions or sort out any discrepancies. More training is needed with the laundry vendors though. I had wrong itemising and billing of my laundry a few times. Beware of this app, the prices are very misleading. They charge you a pre-payment which seemed like the actual price and the added a load of extras! When I ordered it seemed like the price would be £20 but it actually came out to £74!!!

Expensive but had no choice but to use it a few times. Clothes were clean but not completely dry and not folded. Have paid less elsewhere and Clothes were folded ready to go straight into the drawer for a lot less. Too expensive for what you get.

Suit came back with foreign color lint, order came back with someone else's dress, and Christmas tree skirt sent in came back in worse condition than when it was submitted. Frayed. Will not be patronizing again. Customer service was not bad. Actual cleaning quality... Dubious.

Fantastic team, prompt delivery and pick up.. its a dream for dry cleaning heavy and bulky items such as duvets and feather pillows.

When visiting Dubai I suggest you use this app! Saved so much money compared to the hotel laundry service and always prompt, on time and cleaned to a good standard.

The service is now charging an extra 4 quid to pick up from hotels. Given that a service wash is 16.95, you must then pay the minimum of £20 so an extra £3....then a £3.95 charge on top of that! The £3.95 isn't included within the minimum order amount, so a £16.95 wash will actually cost £24! There is no added value whatsoever, it's sheer profiteering.

Brilliant easy to use service. Super convenient to book with 24 hours turnaround time. Works like a clock and good cleaning as well. I would recommend reusable hangers and packaging ratehe than plastic. Otherwise all is perfect!

App is super easy to use. Drivers have always been professional and on time. My only issue is everything comes back wrapped in plastic. Maybe there can be an option to not do this.

Fuss-free and competitive pricing. A life-saver especially after a family overseas trip.

Scheduled a service. The driver never showed and I was charged a no show fee. They claimed the house number was before the street name and so address was wrong, even though it was filled in by fields. Will not use again.
