I LOVE this app BUT unfortunately I have to give it 4 stars. It used to notify you when your laundry is ready but since the update it no longer does

The app works well. Some Bluetooth and wifi issues though. You often have to return to your apartment (if machines in building) and open the app there then run down to the laundry room to start before the connection drops. Often Bluetooth turns off and you have to keep reactivating it. But all in all, I'm glad I have this option for laundry. I don't like carrying loose change or having to go to the bank to get a roll of quarters.

App does what it is supposed to do. No frills here. Can you please allow biometric (fingerprint, face ID) entry? Having to type passwords is not great. Also hitting the back button doesn't do anything from the room status screen; it should really go back to the home page. The UX leaves a lot to be desired

I realize I blamed the app for something that was ultimately a mechanical fault, so I am adjusting my review. I am, however, having an issue resetting my password. My email is typed correctly, but I get an error saying I must have it in "the format of name@domain" when it is typed exactly that way. Otherwise, the app is much better than trying to find quarters.

Pretty easy to use and super useful. I have never had any troubles with the password like other users had. And unlike the pictures, i have never seen room status on mine. I used to get notifications when my loads were done but, not anymore. Still a decent app. Edit: I played around with the app and noticed a, "Cycle Status" tab. It shows the room number the washers are in and the remaining time for each one I'm using.

At first it was difficult, i was getting this odd error and it wouldn't even bring me to the log in screen. I emailed Doug (developer) and he was fantastic! He looked into it for me and even gave me. Credit for the hassle! If I have the option to use this again I will. Very simple. Just scan or input the number on the unit and wabam! Laundry is started

Has been a good experience overall. Using it since 2 years. There had been just one issue where the machine wasn't connecting but the app developers were quick to update the app, and it's good overall UI wise. Will rate 4.5 stars

I love the new technology and how it alerts us when the load is finished but sometimes it says the loads are finished and there's like another 10 minutes left on the cycle. Other than that it's great!

Very easy to use. Affordable too.

The App Works very well overall. It does freeze or get hung up a lot. Have to exit and reenter the app. Nice that you can submit a work request for a machine not working right.

App logs in and does what it's supposed to do, sometimes. There is no "rooms" screen, as suggested in the developer screenshots. You can add a minimum $10 to the app at a time, which is 4.5 loads of laundry in my building. UI is slow and sometimes unresponsive.

My original review was rather scathing. Since that point, though, I've been in contact with the company and, to their credit, they've been very responsive. I do still have reservations about the integrity of their back-end (consecutive weekends of server errors will do that to a person) but it's no small thing that they're trying to make good.

Could be 5 ⭐ and Way better than dealing with quarters. However, I have noticed twice (that I knew for sure my balance) that there was less money in my account from the last time I used it. It was only 50 cents, but still. Keep your eyes on it. Other than that, awesome.

The amount of money that the machines deduct from the app is unclear. They don't always start and need to be charged a second time. Additionally, canceling the app and getting a refund of the balance is an absolute hassle. It has taken me over six months and I still don't have my money back.

The app worked the first 2 times I opened it but now won't let me log in. It won't connect to the server even though I am connected to the internet. Even after restarting my phone and reinstalling the app it won't let me log in. Extremely frustrating and I lost the money in the app. Do not recommend.

Impeccable service! I encountered an issue adding funds to my account on the app and was ready to go to the store to get quarters at 9pm. Before I left, I emailed Doug of the issue and he emailed me back within 3 minutes and said he would add funds to my account for the issue. He was so quick and helpful and saved me from having to go out to the store!

Update to my previous review, the app has gotten so much better, works right the first time every time. Good job on fixing the app. 7/12/2020.......... 7/26/2019... After the first download of the app, it worked fine the next, not so much, had uninstall then reinstall, and again it worked fine once the next time it wouldn't show my balance, keep getting error messages that the wash board whatever wasn't working, the code scan doesn't work on mine, i just enter the machine number.

I like that I can add an exact amout to my account, and it's convenient that I don't need to go to the bank for quarters as often, but there's no way to add time to the dryer, so I still need to add $$ manually. Also, when I add time to the dryer, the app doesn't reflect the added time.

Great that you're able to load money using your card. You no longer need a card or quarters. What really hurts the app is that it keeps shutting off my Bluetooth. What purpose does it serve to give this app access to my Bluetooth? You don't use Bluetooth to connect to the machines. What the Hell!

Love this app and so glad it exist. It makes doing laundry so much easier and is very convenient. Paying and starting the machines (washers and dryers) is so easy and immediate. No more going to the store or bank for quarters!...Yay!! This app runs great, no glitches, or problems to my cell phone. Great invention!!

Good app overall, it does exactly what it intends. If you have an issue, customer service is good from my experience. I'd give it a 5, except it *needs* to have a feature added that tells when a machine is in use so I don't need to visit the laundry room. PLEASE add this!
