LaundryAlert

I cant get into this app!!!!! I open it and it tells me if i click no to enabling GPS, it will pull up a list of available laundry alert sites and if i click yes, it will bring me to settings. Ive done both options with absolutely no success. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. This app is broken and sketchy. Do Not Download even if your university tells you to.

horrible app. halfway worked for the spring semester and doesn't work at all now. a shame i even have to give it one star, i would prefer it have zero.

Even when you get a laundry room to load in, the app doesnt provide any instructions on how to actually use it, and doesnt bring up the machines on the machines available? Terrible app

I could not use the laundry room page at all. It keeps saying that there is an error.

App is great, when it works. And there's the caveat. Right now, it reports all machines free in a laundry room I'm standing in where half the machines are running. I don't care what the source of the error is, the fact of the matter is the system is broken and needs to be fixed. It's an in house application so if there's a physical issue on site, send someone to fix it instead of making excuses.

It doesn't work half of the time. It will say the laundry is ready, and when you go to the machine, the machine is still running. Or it will say that a machine is available when it clearly is in use. Terrible and inconsistent.

For the past year this app crashes if you press on a favorited laundry room before it finishes refreshing on open. Furthermore, the time estimates are always way off, certain machines will say 50 minutes remaining for 10 minutes after they have finished and other machines will say extra time when the cycle is only half way done. This app is also very outdated and inaccurate, it will sometimes say all the machines are finished when half of them are running. Horrible app 0/10.

Kinda works kinda doesn't, outdated interface, take weeks after problem report to respond, useless animations on an already horrible looking app. Btw please allow the washer to report "finish" for at least 2 minutes because some of the washer here reports very flaky data from actual to finish then back to actual again. This would be possible by just averaging the integer of minutes reported. Let's hope the smart programmer didn't hard coded the system to communicate in String.

Stop making excuses. My GPS is on and I know my university's laundry rooms are registered with this app. It still says my GPS isn't on even though it is. The laundry room isn't too far away it's literally 3 floors below me! Stop making excuses to people with poor reviews and actually fix the app.

It let me use it because my "GPS isn't on" even though it clearly is. I turned it off and on again as well as my whole phone. Still does not work.

Really helpful app.

There is a list of options but instead you are making me find my service via gps only. If you have gps issues on your phone or just don't want to turn it it on, the app will not work for you.
