LaundryMan Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service in Dubai

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never consider their service for your laundry needs. Their services are much too expensive and it doesn't match their level of commitment to the job. I received my delivery 7 hours late although I had picked out a time slot. Contacting them is also a nightmare since they don't provide a telephone number on the app. Horrible horrible experience. Uninstalling the app after very first use.

There are multiple challenges from pick up till delivery - both of them were way beyond their scheduled time. Further there is no local support number, they either have an option of Live Chat or email. However their customer support team have no clue about the details related to your order and they only provide standard customer service replies. I will never use their services again.

Cannot manage time and stick to commitments on delivery and/or pickup. Are typically several hours early for pickup and several hours late for delivery which requires constant follow-up and added stress. They laundry service is good but not worth dealing with the logistical nightmare.

I am double charged and now I am inconvenienced by having to contact the bank and this laudry service back and fort for my money back without fast response and sometimes no response at all! If you cannot assure that you will charge the same amount you deducted on our card then just charge for the additional amount and not double charge! If I haven't checked my bank transactions I will not notice the charge. This is not okay as your card is being used without your permission 😡🤬

Customer service in particular chat responses needs improvement. Package descriptions need improvement as first time customers have no idea how big the collection bag looks. Having a pic of the bag would really help. However, the finished product my pressed clothes were super picture perfect ready to smash my meetings. The pickup drop off driver was an awesome person, kudos to him.

I have been using LaundryMan for a year now. Initially their service was acceptable but lately their collections have been a problem. They do not show up during the booked time slots and give excuses as to why they cannot collect or deliver as scheduled. I will not use them again.

They came 90 minutes late than their appointed window, didn't let me know beforehand, weren't able to call or contact me and left! Came back again 10 min later to finally deliver the package. So 3 stars for effort.

Very bad service. Delivery never arrived on the allocated time. When you try to call no one answers. No one is available to chat even if you send offline messages no one answers.

So far the best, timely delivery and pickup with excellent service. support staff is also very quick to response and sort out the issues.

Just ignored the pick up time, support not responding, no phone number to call just chat and email. No appologie and after two days still no response. crappy customer service. Never again

Was good before. Now constantly late or early without warning. No customer service line or way or tracking where the laundry is. What a pity as it was such a good service initially.

Live chat not working. No one ever reply, tried a few times and there is never anyone there to reply.

They lost 1 shirt of mine; customer service almost not existing; the app has been down for weeks and they take orders over Whatsapp only.

Avoid -NO contact number for this "company" unless by chat/email and no response. -Pick up: a guy arrived 2 hour late in a pathani and carried my duvet in his bare hands as he didnt have a bag! watched him from balcony he was dragging it behind him in the street and placed it on the side walk until he opened his van! -Delivery: from next day delivery to randomly delivering it two days later and even selected the time for me without checking -Sent my duvet to another dry cleaner once i got it

After trying most laundry apps in Dubai I have to say probably the best laundry service app around in Dubai..

not recommened. they lost my pillowcases, 1 week now and i still haven't received them! no one is still getting back to me.

First time user, and I'm amazed, 100% recommended! It provides the most affordable options for laundry service in Dubai! Will use again :)
