update: I did the May 29 app update and now when I tap on " xx/xx" I get a spinner to enter expiration date. After successful payment is added to the account the next step is that you must connect to the local Wi-Fi. I prefer to have the option to choose which Wi-Fi I connect to.
The camera button stopped working. I can't scan the machines anymore.

This app forces you to pay ahead in increments of $5 (more than you actually need) without any ability to be refunded. When it is working, it is convenient but 2 out of 3 times I tried to use the app only to be failed. I am deleting the app and they can refund my money.
Overall I give a 5 stars works great very convenient
If this app was running in real time for when your laundry finished and/or the timer was running in real time then you couldn't ask more from this app. In this day not having to deal with money and touching more than you really want to this app would be perfect.
It's very useful app. The downside everytime I use a washer or dryer an annoying little message pops up and says my balance is low even when it's not.
I have tried unsuccessfully to add my credit card (several) and I get the error "Paycard not found". My name has a hyphen in it and I have tried variations but nothing has worked.
The app is a good idea but the operation of this app is not fully functional. It doesn't allow for possible mistakes. I use this app for a laundry mat in my neighborhood, where the large majority of customers speak English and employees pretend that they don't speak English nor do they try to understand what is being said to them and they act very (dumb) unknowingly about the operation of the machines. This is not cool or proper business etiquette.
App has started to block VPN's, therefore it will be getting uninstalled from my device. Also it hangs up quite a bit and is very slow.
The new servers are great. No problems at all now. Makes doing laundry so much easier and convenient. Can you only add funds in increments of $5?
When I first got the app it was great! So i decided to use it again and when i got to the laudey mat the app would not work. When i click on the the laundry mat i wanted to use the app said there no washers or dryers available and then it would not accept the qr code and after 20 mins with either the laundry attendant or myself tried to take the code and it wouldnt work I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now it wont accept my email address. Is the a glitch or something????? I want answers
The biggest majority of the time, when you pay the wash price, you can dry at no cost. To get the maximum drying benefit, use a dryer that has a bigger capacity.
App is easy to use, and I like the fact I don't have to have coins in my pocket to do the laundry. Also like that you earn rewards that you can use when you're running short on money.
App stopped working all of a sudden. I have tried for a week to get a response from them. No response. If there were a choice of no stars I would give it.
This app is really easy to use. I love the fact you can earn points to go towards doing your clothes. It helps out a lot when you're tight on money 😁
Total rip-off! The app requires you to log onto the laundromat wifi however most laundromats have poor quality internet and I frequently cannot use the app to pay for my laundry. The attendants and the manager of the laundromat say laundry pay has to refund my money, but when I sent a refund request to the app developer they did not respond.
Easy to use app. It also gives reward points, I've gotten several free drys using this app
It let new ac funds threw 1 st time I used it. Great! Then every since then I am unable to no matter what card I attempt to use
This is perfect for not having to use coins and getting change from ATMs, etc. 💜💜💜

App is so easy to use and so convenient. Tells you what size washer and dryers they have open to use and how long it will take to run. Even gives you the option to add a timer to let you know it is done if you need to go somewhere. And the best part is when you use this app to load a washer it gives you points to go towards a free dryer.
