Laundryvalue
Laundryvalue is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Laundryvalue to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

I really appreciate the convenience of the app, and while it's not perfect, it's certain much better than having to get quarters or run my card at the machine for multiple little charges. The best part is being able to immediately and easily report a problem with the machines and request a refund when necessary.
Love the convenience of the app. But you cannot add extra time to your drying time Suggestion... the pop-up notification should be customisable to a unique sound.
It's very easy and convenient to just do everything on my phone from loading the money onto it to get in the machine's going. I don't have to worry about losing a laundry card anymore which I often did. The only thing I'm a little mad about is they made those washer machines smaller so you can't fit as many clothes in there for you have to wash more often and cost you more money. Also for the first few weeks it would notify me on my phone that the washer and dryer are done it no longer does that
Your app is awful. There's a blank page for the help screen, no way to contact you and no way to get your left over money off this app and back to your account. nothing about it I'd personalized and I could never recommend this to anyone. no matter how I reached out in the ways you make accessible I've gotten still no answer.All this for an app that doesn't even work! After 3 requests for a refund over 2 months im done. Guess I'm just out $10 since that's there minimum you can add 🤬👎🏽👎🏽0 ⭐s
The app works but the only thing it does not give any notification like when the wash is on rince or when it complete. But other then that it's cool. Oh and when you submit for a refund they never process it. I have been waiting for a refund for sometime now and nothing.
Good app but needs fine tuning. Generally, every time I have to log on, I have to type in login and password which is annoying. Washer: Amazing Dryer: it asks you before you start to dry if you want to add more time for $0.25 which only gives you ONLY 6 more minutes. This needs to be done at the end as it's impossible to know if I need more time at the start of the cycle.
INCONVENIENT is putting it lightly. Never recognizes my account. It takes 25 to 30 minutes each time I've engaged it. Having to travel to another floor to initiate, beyond lame. The one star is for the spin dry, tight.
Error message right off the bat. Can't register. New rating...app works now but horrible service when it comes to the machines. I've complained about hot water not working and dirty machines and have had no service or acknowledgement of issues
Its good but there should be a timer on the cycles. It's nice that it shows when the cycle ends, but having a timer helps to know when to put fabric softener or dry sheets or clean lint traps mid cycle to get a complete dry. Etc.
Great app. Easy to use. Card available, but not needed. Phone app works much easier, flawless operation. If you have this available at your laundry facility, you can kiss those big sacks of loose coins goodbye!
This app has definitely changed my laundry experience!! I just had an issue quickly resolved with help from a gentleman named Rick. He listened to what I had to say about my problem and handled it all very professionally and easily. Thank you for help with resetting my "refill my account" issue!
Love the top loaders Kensington Villas upgraded from front loaders to top. And with technology changing one love that you don't have to reload card in office. Two you can load from credit/ debit card. Three you can see how long, balance, scan all from your phone.
Really convenient! Getting quarters was becoming a nuisance. And the quarters were getting dirtier and more oily - yuck! Using this app has been a breeze and a pleasure!
Right on. First time user of something like this, I found it to be very understandable. Only dealt with customer service one time, helpful.
Once the app got going it worked well. But the language is rude. It gives messages like CARD FAIL. Who says that? Could be foreign . We don't talk to one another like that. We say. "The credit card didn't go through please try again". Took me a while but it is worth it. Just don't give up and let the rude messages ruin your day. Also in the credit card section it asks you to enter the month name name instead of the month number. So be sure you know that 07 is June etc.
Horrible app, has way too many issues with washer and dryer. Also, Have to login in everytime. Requesting money back is basically impossible
The service is great but what don't like is that to make refills the amount has to be 10.00 dollars or more can't be less.... For me that only use for the time in the resort I did not wanted to leave money in the account...not being able to use anywhere else......
This app is terrible. Full wifi signal and network signal it takes forever to connect to a machine with either QR code or the entered number. Doesn't allow any less than $10 to load.
Ok app, made to have to use it to wash in our building when our washers and dryers use to be free. Sometimes it doesn't work though and will take your money and the people do not respond to you. Also, it cost too much for something that was just free.
Pure THEFT. The required minimum and refill is $10! This always leaves you with an unused balance and who knows when and where you'll find another laundry that uses this app.
I love that the app tells you how long your laundry cycle is and when it's done. The only thing I can't stand is that the washing cycle will tell you your load is completed when it starts the rinse cycle, so you actually have another 10 minutes wait time. If that we're corrected, I would happily give this a 5 star rating.
They hold your fund indefinitely. Minimum reload amount is $10, and when I moved out of the Airbnb apartment which was used this app, I requested refund for the excess credit, it's been 2 weeks and the refund is still not processed.
Super easy to use! No more hastle of trying to get quarters to use! It sends an alert when my laundry is done washing and drying! I'm so glad to have this system!
Easy Bluetooth connection to washers/dryers. Works well at my laundromat. App tells you when the laundry/dryer cycle is complete. Very convenient!
So far using the app it is quite seamless. Occasionally their is connectivity issues when trying to start a load but, it is rare. Overall this app has been a godsend to me.
This app works great. Perfect time saver also. Don't need to remember the credit card cuz my phone is always on me. Been using the app for months and I've never had a problem. The other people in my apartment that are using the refillable credit card, that machine goes down so they can't refill it. New people can't get new cards out of it. On and on with problems. This app, when I tell them about it, solves all of those issues. Great app thanks for making it so easy to use.
