This app would be fantastic if it was a little more optimized. I am really disappointed that the app keeps crashing constantly when I use it and also I have been having another problem where the app seems to have a mind of its own and toggle notifications for washers and dryers I didn't even select and I will get all of these notifications for a washer or dryer that I am not even using. Super frustrating. This app definitely does need some work as it is very buggy and glitchy.
Everytime I go to enter my school, it let's me type it in and then just spins for a few seconds. Then it just clears the search and asks me to search again. If I try to press the back arrow, it just basically refreshes the 'search for your school page'. If I could use it it would be nice.
99% Worthless. The app allows you to search for your laundry facility, it will show you the status of the machines, and then nothing. If you tap on a machine you get a "working" icon for about a second, and that's it.
Really helpful knowing when the machines are done in the dorm rooms. Sometimes crashes but just open it again and it works
It would be a good app but it is very inaccurate. It says washers/dryers are available even when they are in use.
Was surprised I downloaded the app and in seconds I was setting an alert for the dryer I was using it had the minutes remaining for the dryer and already set to alert me when finished very good App thank you for making it 👍
Works great here at EKU. Have not experienced any problems. A little clunky to find the room but once you figure it out it's better than the website.
The app never works and doesn't show the times left for anything
The app isn't accurate most of the time and now everything says unknown. It simply doesnt work.
Trying to use it, it'd just say that I wasn't connected to network and not work.

Why does it just ask for the school? I had the app on my last phone and had no problem entering the name of the apartments i live in. Now nothing.
Why does this app literally NEVER work!
We put the app on my sons phone but when we tried to use it, the app didn't recognize that washers 3 and 4 were in use.
Works okay, but sometimes the estimation times are incorrect. (i.e. it says the washing machine will be done in 46 minutes when it only takes 20 minutes).
The search doesn't work well but using the number worked perfectly! Very useful since my Uni has a convoluted way of accessing the site (can't even bookmark it).
This really used to be a good app. I'm currently dealing with a injury and I'm about to have be off it as much as possible so this was a lifesaver living on campus. Now it just crashes immediately on being opened...

It started glitching and won't open up now
Doesn't work. Shows all machines as empty. All are full.
Updates pretty quickly, timers are a bit fast but you'll be notified before your wash is done!
The app won't even open after using it once.
Looks great, but always crashes when I try to open it. When it does stay open it says there was a network error.
Nice design but alerts flat out don't work at all on my Galaxy S8.
I would really like it if there was a settings option because every time I open the app, it sets alarms for all the ones currently in use. They still go off even after I turn them off in the app, and it's really annoying. I only want notifications when I select specific machines, not for all of them.
