app doesn't show live feed when opened the first time. i have to close it and reopen the app to see the dvr so i can select the live feed. happens everytime and very inconvenient.
Never works how it should, you open the app and it never displays the live feed. Have to uninstall and reinstall for it to find the cameras. Does not work properly. Worse after update
Always resets have to reinitiate camera feeds and customer service from laview sucks ordered 8 cameras they sent 6. Been months still haven't got my other 2..... stay away from this company
The app is a big disappoint the worse I've ever had...
It's pretty craptacular, still better than the support though. Support claims that the app works and refuses to help. They wouldn't issue a return so I went through my credit card company to get a refund after I showed proof that the system was returned.
App keeps closing when trying to playback. Updated the app and still happens. Also, when I open the app I almost always have to close and re-open for the devices to show. The LaviewConnect app worked great, why change something that works well? I really hope the playback works soon, not sure what other app would work.
