You do ALL the work from pricing, to hauling away trash (*haul away not always required.). I ONLY had customers that a prior "Pro" messed up OR the customer was blown off by prior "Pro" that stacked too many jobs Job STACKING is one issue... Job descriptions are almost always wrong. The customer is almost always underquoted and almost never the correct amount of time alloted. And you play middleman with a typically upset customer after being told TRUE time to do CORRECT job.*My true experience
Exceptional app for service providers. Communication with customers is second to none and the built in navigation is exceptional. Also, the customer service team is always professional and helpful in resolving any issues that arise. Thanks for the build!
The app doesn't work for me at all. I can log into the website just fine but the app keeps saying my password isn't valid. I reached out to them for support bit all they do is keep resetting my password. Uninstalling useless app. Still haven't gotten my lawn mowed either.
I have been a landscaper for 11 years. If you are serious about starting a business or if you are trying to add some customers to your existing business, this app is the best choice to make that happen. The customer service Is always responsive and professional as well. I highly recommend this app. It has changed the infrastructure of my business.
Never works always have to uninstall reinstall. When it rains it won't let u reschedule so u have to message them over and over again . They charge u for every little thing possible .. and if a customer is tryna skimp out and say you never showed up when u did and have pictures. they won't pay you. I've been working with lawn love for two years and I'm gonna stop this summer. Not a good company to work with. And app is horrible .
I've been with them since May and they are good with keeping me busy but I do agree the who operate Lawn Love could do a better job at bidding the jobs. The fees to reschedule are a bit crazy. I was raining in my location so I want to reschedule a job and the app told me I couldn't because it didn't detect any rain. Which I think is really dumb. The only major problem I have is adding your crew
policies and procedures change with an update on the app, without notification. frequently changing the layout of the app is unproductive. it's a work app, i want to focus on work not always learning a new layout.
I recently got approved for this Lawn Love app. All the jobs that they have posted are 30 to 40 mile plus from my location. My phone constantly goes off from people asking for help on jobs that are no where close to me. When trying to contact to get my account deactivated for said reasons, I get no response and continue to get emails and texts from people on help. I have emailed the company 2 days in a row to get deactivated and have gotten no response. Do not waste your time.
I have used this app for over 2 year. The pay is a joke unless you have a rider. In Nov of last year I paused all my clients for the winter, somehow a "system bug" kept saying that I was not showing up to jobs and adding jobs I had dropped over a year ago, and charging me $50 for "no show" every time. They deactivated my account after all of that and then emailed me a week ago saying "oh sorry it was a system bug want to come back?". They wont give me money back or the many clients I lost👎
Could be better if this app were more fair to the providers, just as much as they are to the clients..it needs to be a good experience on both ends of the business.... Job opportunities avg $26!!....I have decided to remove this app this week.... You also can't see the property until after you claim it, which you cant undo. If you do there is a automatic $15 fee!!!
App didn't perform the first thing(step) in the process. An "oops... we can't find... blablahblah") message was only result received for my efforts. That no compensatory info being provided in the sales pitch had not gone unnoticed, it was not a stretch to expect anything positive would come about for the effort. and indeed, there wasn't.
Worst App Ever. The people that work there are con artists. They don't pay you nothing and charge you for everything. Stay away your better off using Google my business and creating a site for free with them. They want you to travel 20 miles for a $20 job and when you get there it's not at all what work order says. Trust me there is no money here except for the owners. Biggest scam ever. Avoid avoid avoid.
The app was ok except i had two customers say i did not show up. One was a job where i was supposed to spray poison on weeds. Easy job way easier then mowing so really why would anyone skip easy money. The second was a fertilizer job now i was able to go back and prove to both customers and the app that the job had been done as promised, the customers then were nice enough to Change there ratings to 5 stars knowing they had made a mistake however it kept their review up stating i had not shown.
The worst of all the lawn care provider apps I've ever used. The interface is horrible. The customer service ppl will not hesitate to not pay you for work you complete. The app takes over 20% of your revenue. Beware that if you have a problem client and they complain about anything, however fraudulent, you will not be paid for your work.
This is possible one of the worst apps out there they don't know how to price jobs no customer service to help immediately. They make money off customer and the pro. You have to use your money up front to barely make ends meat with theyre pricing the play to many games you waste more time trying to fix problem instead of making money. Please all landscapers beware do not use they will get over on you -5 star also check out the reviews on BBB
They keep 40% of the money and they threaten to charge you $5,000 per customer if you ever do side work with people that you meet through the app. Customer service is terrible. Some parts of the app are barely functional. Not good for customers OR laborers.
Hi people this is Michael a worker from Dallas. I have worked for Lawn Love for 5 years. This google review should not be the place we air our dirty laundry. This review should be about the functionality of this app, and we should never talk about what get paid for jobs, no matter if we agree or not.Very unclassy . Please note that this is an app and not a person, if you have problems you can always open a new chat box in the app, or if the problem can't wait there is a number on the email they send us every week. Now about the app. I gave it 5 stars because it works well for me. But it could be better. Pictures of a property would help. I use a push mower and viewing a property before hand would help me see if i can do the job alone or not. I do agree that we need better communication via the app. Things happen and we all need fast communications to resolve issues whether they are with a customer or a personal matter, and the app should be the fastest way we do this when we are in the field. Those are the only two things that I think would make the app better.
No stars. My app has been malfunctioning for some days now. It wouldn't show my messages nor my jobs so I couldn't even work. The pay is trash. They will charge the customer like $60 and only give the lawn pros $20.
Everybody Lawn Love kept spamming my phone with 100 text messages for 20 dollar jobs for me and my crew and because would not rhem or texted Stop back they blocked my account (we get better jobs on our own). Also now when logging in to the app get: Error You'r not approved to take lawn Jobs Yet. We'll email you when you're approved. It's a good thing took a screen shoot of two jobs signed up for as me and my crew are going to report them to both. Note: first two jobs pay ok (to get you in) then the rest are all down hill.
Not my favorite way to make money because they pay so little and easily charge double to the customer and are not always straight up with you. ex: they charge cusomer extra for hauling grass from mowing, but ONLY pay you for the mowing portion which is 50% less than a standard mowing price.
they underbid and when you get requote approved it doesn't increase. then they argue with you about fees so they can keep your pay. if I could give no stars I would. horrible don't sign up.
All needs some help. Lawn should sorted by newest first or a option to do closest to you. A map showing you where you can plan a route for your lawn jobs. Showing a cluster of jobs on a map so you can plan better.
I encourage everyone not to use this company. They pay really low if they pay and charge the customers way to much. They don't care about you or the work you do, if a customer calls and says you didn't do the work even if you did and have documentation showing it they still don't want to pay you for it Also God forbid you have a loved one pass away and you have jobs scheduled for that day they will charge you to either drop the job or move it to another day so no they don't care about you at all
if they could make it to where i can move the jobs around to fit my schedule for the week since i am the one going&doing the work. instead im running all over town&then the next day i have to go back to the same area or neighborhood again.its so stupid&waste gas.if i could do that id give 10 stars.please fix this problem,it would make all pros happier.you can only reschedule once without being charged. rescheduling to fit my route shouldn't be a reason to charge us regardless.
This app is a joke. They schedule you to cut in the snow! when you try to contact someone they are from another country and have no clue about the weather or how grass grows. You never know if a job has cancelled or they mess up and take the job so they charge you $50 for not showing up to a job they have taken from you. They have told me multiple times through text message to just drive by the customers house and take a picture to charge them a no grass growing charge "ihaveproof".don'tdownload
im a provider. the app is easy to use. the service center is very informative and available to answer questions. i look forward to continue as a provider on this app.

Worked for the app always sent to customers who had a bad experience before me took it out on me had one for $369 dollars so you know how much work/yard it was did EVERYTHING, but had to put my foot down when customer kept adding on....Guess what no pay 😢
If your a Landscaper dont waist your time this company app treats highly rated company's like dirt! They always take the customers side and not yours! They barely pay you.for example a medium sized lawn we charge around $40 per service and they pay you $25 and if some reason you cant complete the job they dont pay you and on top of not paying you they charge you a $15 dollar fee for not completing the job! Dont waist your time!
Read it all. Application seems like it needs much more development. A lack of information and job description paired with the low pay makes it troublesome to commit to any available job. Giving people the option to text or call is not intuitive when clients leave numbers to land lines. Communication between client and provider needs to be handled through the application so logs of communication can be stored. The inability to see the scheduled time for the jobs in the application is extremely frustrating. Constantly having to book the job on the phone and then schedule the times on the computer. Being forced to communicate with the client before you arrive and having no proof of communication is another issue, when the clients do not respond you are not able to cancel the job without penalties. I refuse to complete a job where animals are present and you can not get a hold of the clients. The applications forces an icon to stay in your status bar whether the app is running or not. The jobs simply don't pay enough. Mow, Edge, Blow, Trim/Prune Hedges, and Fertilize Lawn for $22. Simply unrealistic. On top of everything, it takes at least three days to get paid.
