App is good, however, was somewhat of a challenge when leaving a comment for review. The editing does not work well. A person needs to save and use the edit comment link in order to address any issues. I was not able to do 'editing' while still in the text box entering initial comment. Otherwise, great.

I struggled a little with the app but a support team was all over it to assist. It was easy to book and pay, the service was on time (actually arrived earlier than expected ) and Keith did a really good job!

Not happy. Scheduled service over a week ago and the same person keeps accepting and not showing. The yard is now overgrown. Seems like a scam to me... Same person has done the same thing to us, again. And the app stops you from finding someone else. It is set up to allow people to scam you. Will continue to update.

Provider accepted our request a week ago, which was scheduled according to the biweekly plan for the next cut. Provider never ended up showing up to provide promised service or even bothered responding when contacted. Customer service was notified and they removed the provider who has us locked in as an accepted job and put us back on the list to "search for a provider". It's been a few days now. No one has accepted the job yet and now our grass is over grown. I dont recommend this app.

This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with any App!!! I just wanted to have my lawn serviced. I got providers not showing up, high fees from the next one that does show up from the same App, and a company that will not rectify the situation! Not to mention a terrible time trying to explain this simple situation via chat, text, and email that no one could understand. Even though I provided pictures & detailed explanation. And still after 5 days of complaints none of the reps helped!!!

I gave it 3 trys. The first time the guy came out and did a quarter of the job and said he was coming back 5 days later. I told him not okay and he came the next day and didn't do a good job at all.. The second time they kept canceling. Never came through even though they gave me a set time. The third try they texted me at 1am to tell me they're having mechanical difficulties. Never again!

Fantastic job Jeremy! I forgot to tell you to cut the grass on the other side of the driveway where there are two small bushes. Other than that, all is well. Great customer service also via the app, email and text.

The tracing feature difficult to use, the actual service & promptness of the guy that came out to the house was excellent!! I had multiple misc text messages from random numbers regarding the service and the app itself, should be contained in app. It's impossible to rate a service provider after you cancel their service if they do not show up in the given time frame they provide. And you cannot read reviews of your service providers. Photos of completed work aren't comprehensive of property.

Maps for house are so old that it can't find my 2 year old house. Then instead of addressing issue, I've gotten 4 emails asking why I haven't signed up yet. If you read this, you would know !

We were having issues with another app trying to get our service they would say that they came and did our lawn three times but everytime it was marked as completed they never touched it. We were days away from getting cited by the city when we found lawn Guru. And when we sign up for long Guru within 4 hours we had confirmation of someone able to come out and do our lawn the next day and they had an amazing price along with amazing providers who are very communicative and professional.

This is an absolute joke of a service. My first provider locked himself out of his truck then ghosted us for 3 days. My second provider dropped my service after announcing they were on the way. Meanwhile my lawn has continued to grow and I've wasted so much time on nothing.

Absolute joke. The providers are able to cancel everyday for over 2 weeks just to get paid extra due to overgrowth. In my experience, the providers usually bring someone (or multiple people) with them who isn't listed on the app, so you don't know anything about them. Customer service is never any help, it's really not worth it to even try.

I ve tried other services an yours is better by far....I am very happy with the service.

App worked perfectly fine until recent update. Logged in to discover property information is erased. App suddenly closes when inputting property address. Every time I reopen the app it immediately requests to verify phone number but only results in error message stating that my phone number is already associated with an account (which is my own). Uninstalling/reinstalling app only it repeats the issue.

My problem was tracing and messaging. I got the yard somewhat traced properly but I wish that the app would alert me when I have a new message come through. Or at least work with my default text app. Service so far has been good. I've only had one job done so I hope for good experiences in the future.

Great app for when you're in a pinch, a little more pricey than going direct but they do all the work of finding the company for you. Needed help with snow removal in my driveway and sidewalks, downloaded the app after calling several local companies with no luck because everyone was booked and was able to quote the work I needed through the app, then a company in need of work picks up the order. Within 2 hours my driveway and sidewalks were cleared. Great convenience. Will use again.

Tried to use the app 2 years in a row. Tells you that you have hired someone but no one ever shows up. Person/company picks up a job then just before coming out either drops the job or just doesn't show up! Haven't been able to get our lawn cut once using this app over the last 2 years!

This app makes all home landscaping needs easy and accessible. Only 4/5 because I would like to have a little more clarity when it comes to schedule/timing for when the service providers will arrive. Would recommend anyone to try if they need easy landscaping!

I feel like this app is pretty useless for the most part. I may try it for monthly mowing and/or snow services, but beyond that I don't really get any responses for yard work. I guess there's not many providers in my area? 🤷‍♀️ Also, I only get one quote at a time. I wish I'd get more so I can compare prices before rejecting one and HOPING someone else will offer. I've had much better luck with home advisor and the yellow pages.

Lawn looks great. Tyler was very professional. Will look forfeit to using this app again for other services offered. The only set back was tracing the lawn. I had to blow up map and the start trace way off from actual starting and stopping points. This earned 4 stars but if other service are as great as my lawn service I increase to 5 stars.

The app itself works great. It is easy to set up a property, add payment info and schedule services. But, our pro is what makes this app so great. Every time Arthur mows he edges perfectly straight lines along the driveway, sidewalk and all of the paths. He always makes sure there are no clippings out of place. He goes above and beyond making sure our lawn looks fantastic every single time he comes out. We are hoping to still have him mowing at our new home.

The app is telling me to update it but when i click to update it only gives me an uninstall or open option, and if you click open it takes you back to the button saying to update it. It's just an endless loop of no option to update. App has a lot of problems ever since i started using it.

nobody I talked to had ever used/heard of this app which had a little sketchy at first. but after being screwed by many landscapers decided, why not, and signed up anyway. On the first visit i was beyond pleased with the contractor, Brian, they provided me. Very professional, and great at what he does!! very pleased with the app!! definite must for a person who works too much and can't find time nor motivation to maintain the yards after work

Great work, after two days an constant rainfall there was a delay, understandable, they were here at 830 the next day. Looks great. And clean. And even tried to deal with a swamp out. Follow up from the app and provider was great.

completely unable to trace my lawn. i gave up entirely after trying for 25 minutes to trace my lawn accurately. it doesn't start tracing where you put your finger. also, it would be better if it just let you trace a line instead of that expanding circle type of trace. please fix the tracing, make it less finicky.
