I have been working with the Lawn Guru tram for the last 3 years. Of all the apps in this On-Demand/app based space these guys are by far the best. What truly seperates them from the other ones is the people behind the team. Their dedication to the success of their providers is unmatched. Very happy and will continue to grow with them.
Exceptional Support for helping customers and providers align and establish a lasting business relationship. Great messaging built-in as well as payments scheduling and navigation tied into thru Google Maps. All said, a Great build for both property owners and service providers!
App suggestion: allow providers to select their service areas with the same tool used to select lawn areas for accounts. This would allow us to target areas and allow for more efficiency as well as reduce "clutter" in the "claim" section.
Having to give up too much of your information just to get an appointment. Then to be told that they don't service your area. Sounds like phishing scams to me. Please delete all information you have on me and lose my number because I have already deleted your app.
Would be a 5 but since the upgrades it's hard to get a signal then once it gets through the jobs are taken other than tht the app is awesome
App is not worh my time and difficult to use and won't work for my lawn care service

using KitKat 4.2, sadly it gets stuck on "upsetting your lawnguru experience" like it's infinitely loading....

cant login. was directed to live chat which will not work and there isn't any way to get ahold of customer service
It's ok if you're willing to wait 2 days before it's in your bank account and cutting a lot of grass for a little money? -(that you'll also have to tax yourself) Last offer was like $21.73 for 7226 sq. feet, lol, are you f**king kidding me? Cheapo's! Costs me more to drive 15-20 miles out to them. But ya gotta figure, if the customer is losing money and you're not making any, then $omebody'$ taking a big CUT?

TODAY BEING 05/30/2021A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE CANCELLED MY PROFILE BECAUSE I ASKED A LEGITIMATE QUESTION ABOUT THE APP. SO YOU ALL KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO. They expect you to understand how to use and maneuver their App in ONE TRY just because you read their guidelines. They forget that not everyone is Everyone is technically Savvy.

app is awesome for picking up work. some jobs dont pay as well as they should though. only other issue is say you have a recurring job on Monday, you cant verify payments early if you want to get ahead. they should allow us to completely manage route to how we see fit. you take a gamble on doing a job early without knowing if payment will go through. especially if you want to get done early to beat rain days. on another note, they do have excellent support. not a single issue with them.
