I use a Google Pixel (v1) running Android 8.0 and the app never lets me log in. I get redirected to Coinbase for authorization, which I then login with 2fa and authorize, but when redirected back to Lawnmower it throws a vague error: 'Something weird happened. Would you like to contact suport?' so I hit OK. In the reporting screen I wrote all of this that I am writing here and hit send, but the button doesn't do anything and it stays on the same page.
In less than 48 hours i have changed my feedback from 1 star to 5 star. I have received one of the best customer service experience. If you have any question just ask! I have been so lucky to have been matched with a very patient and sincere service from someone named Patrick. You need more people like him!
The sole reason I installed this was for the spare change feature. Then I found out it had been removed. Now it's just as useless as the other apps you immediately uninstall.
Installed the app for the spare change feature and after two days of trying to get logged in to establish an account, discovered they don't offer this feature anymore. Waste of time for sure.
Signed up for recurring crypto purchases via this app. There is no (obvious) way to cancel these. Account MGMT is only done via the app. Support ticket has been ignored for over two weeks
Out dated and no longer being updated. Takes a week to turn money to e coin. When I e mailed support the response was not to use the lawnmower app and use coin base.
App was working fine. Now it takes forever just to load the screen when I open the app. It's very slow. Please fix.
Has too many login verification to get signed in, both phone code and email code confirmation. But the email confirmation never came. Also falsely advertised as having round up spare change feature. Now only does what coinbase does but a worse job at it. Might as well use coinbase.
I have used this app for about 2 years now. I like how it works. It helped to build my crypto savings effortlessly.
Right off the bat can't get past the 3rd tutorial screen goes to bottom and stays there app looks cool but what the heck it's broken

Looks great but cant do much with it being in the UK.
It's not Acorn for crypto currency. It just piggy backs on CoinBase to trade
Can't get past the tour. The Window to move on to next section of tour shows up slightly off the bottom of my screen so I cannot click on next or previous because they aren't showing up.
Looks great, but the portfolio management is really bad. It only supports you adding holdings for coins supported by Coinbase.
Buy, sell. All with ease in the push of a button. More control with news updates and more. Fantastic job.
I've seen this story before. Good at something, but wants more. Abandons what it's good at & does what everyone else is good at. Adds some shiny new features, but either over estimates demand, or under develops said shiny new features. In the end becomes like everyone else with a few shiny features. Keeping the app installed & hoping they don't become a "me too" organization.
Keeps crashing, can't do what the old lawnmower did. It seems like they got ahead of themselves and pushed out a half-baked app . Will wait and see if they add new cryptos to the app. If they are unable to do that will probably delete.
You guys changed the very reason someone wanted your app. No longer allowed to take your spare change and turn it into BTC.. Bedside of recurring payments.. Or one tap investments. Thats like saying you like rap but its really electronica. :/ I spent a few minutes looking for places to find how to change the settings.. And there wasn't one. It was fun at first.....
Much like everyone else, the old version was better, used it daily. Then not at all. Now trying to sign back in and says to click "forgot password" for the life of me I cannot find it in the app, or on the page. Lodging support ticket.
It's a good app but it's not the app I wanted. It's not the app it was before. Please bring back the old it it was the very reason why everyone downloaded it in the first place
After the the update the app stopped working.After putting my password,the screen goes blank.
