LAZ Parking

The app constantly fails to add vehicles and payment methods. Long loading times to view parking history. Receipts do not scale to screen size. Very bad app. My car was broken into while parked using the app. There is no app functionality to request a refund, I had to go to the website and contact a regional manager who is referring me to another department.

This APP does not work.bits a major disappointment. The garage where I park just switched from human giving tickets out and later collecting money or credit cards. LAZ put up two pretty blue signs with texting info and numbers and it gives NO actual info on how to make the switch. I'd like to pay but have no idea how.

Despite having so many places of operation, which granted would take time to set all of them up, this app is horrible. It will find almost any location, but many of them you can't purchase parking for. It's basically useless outside of some major cities. Customer support told me to download it so I'd be safe from getting violations. Well, I guess even they don't know that it doesn't work for a large number of stations.

So far I like this app and service very much. I've only used it on the spot previously and today, 3/10/2022, I've reserved parking ahead for this evening and tomorrow evening too. I'll update my review depending on how that goes! Having my profile and payment information ready to go is great. Decent interface but navigating the app maps for location is a little tricky, but it works!

Every aspect of interacting with this company is awful; I wish you had no lots near where I live. Your app is slow and takes a circuitous route to simply pay for parking. Your mobile site cannot be used to buy parking which would be preferable to having to download an app.

The app and the company are both horrible. I paid LAZ Parking for a spot at their Pearl St. Lot in NYC. When I arrived at the time of the reservation, the attendant tried to turn me away saying the lot was full ---strange because I had a reservation and I wasn't there yet so there should be one spot anyway. I had to make a scene in order to be let in to park at a place I had a reservation and had already paid for. Don't use the app. Don't do business with LAZ Parking.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The app works half of the time. It has scammed me multiple times now. I payed for 6 hours and gave me 2 hours for the same price... I have also payed for 12 hours and has given me 2 instead for the same price again.... Please avoid, use alternative parking method. Parking lot owner, please use alternative app to increase revenue.

This app will charged me for parking in advance, gave me a QR code to acan when I arrived, then when I used my code at the appointed time, it told me it was an invalid code. I had to take a ticket to park, so I essentially paid double to park. They will no refund under any circumstances. Just get a ticket when you arrive because this app will scam you.

This company commits fraud. I purchased a reservation for the Rose Bowl Football game. When I arrived at the lot at my assigned time they turned me away and said the lot is full. They still charged me for the parking space. I have contacted the company and they give no response back. They are willfully stealing your money.

It's better to park your car in the middle of the road and risk towing over using this service to use the parking. The biggest issue is that the people behind are scummy and are out to scam you. They will charge you for the parking and then sent you a parking ticket on some flimsy pretext. And, they don't respond if you dispute the ticket. After a couple of weeks they will send the ticket to COLLECTION. And, you would be forced to pay the extortion money since you don't want a hit on your credit score. Don't use this app ever.

Terrible application! It doesn't have all the locations in the map or data base. Then when you text the location to your phone, it sends you to the online site and not through your application. Then when you pay, it doesn't work.

Prices on the app did not match the prices posted at the parking lot, price posted on the sign was significantly cheaper than the app, I called the phone number in the app several times (no one answers) and left a message but no one has ever called me back, I called their corporate office and they told me that the price posted at the parking lot is irrelevant and they will not remove the posted sign

not working anymore .use to work perfect the last 2months,now it don't let me put my regular parking lot in??? won't even show up on parking anymore...I uninstalled the app 3 times and it's still no th workkng...very disappointed!!! can't even get through to laz customer service..please fix!! very inconvenience parking now!!

Won't save or even add car, states vehicle saved, but no cars listed when attempting to pay for parking. Can't add any time, keeps popping up with end time cannot be less of equal than start time. Only give options of "up to X hours" no start/end times.

Easy to use. Although, if you dont pay right away on the app, the rate increases a bit. Instead of paying at 8:30am, i paid at 10:15am and the rate increased by 4 hours. Also it only gives 1 hour, 9 hours or 12 hours to choose from. So to park for a few hours still costs a lot.

No customer service response. I paid for parking through the app and still was ticketed. I've left voicemail repeatedly and never receive a response from their customer service department, which never answers the phone. This app needs to be pulled from the Play Store.

I was trying to use a PlayStation at nearby lot and it didn't work. I found this lot that has text to park and it worked perfectly. I wish all lots had that feature.

This app is unable to locate any of the Laz Parking facilities in our area, even when I supply the specific address and it's pinned on the map. The old Laz Fly app won't work anymore either.

The old app LAZ used at their lots knew when parking was free. Don't expect that here. This new in-house POS app is more than happy to let you spend money when you don't have to.

Amazing, Smooth, quick, I wish all my other apps would be the same, It comes in very handy when I'm late running to catch a train

Noticed several times when processing payment, app just stops but doesn't say there's a problem. Week later got notice of nonpayment even though I said payment par 3 times. $80 ticket I should NOT have to pay for... DONT USE THIS APP. I'll park elsewhere.

Constantly freezes if you don't immediately pay for parking. This app is trash just like the parking lots it serves.

It usually works well with some occasional glitches, but overall, it's good to have because I don't always have time to pay at the station.

I was going to park here, right next to my hotel, until I realized I only have the option to pay for 12 hours of parking. It was 2:30 PM. I called to verify this---so I'd need to wake up at 2:30 AM to add another 12 hours 🙄 It's 2021. How about an option to choose a specific amount of time? Hotel valet got my money instead.

Horrible. My app refused to run. Told me I had to upgrade to the newest version. Uninstall, upgrade, and it says the same thing. I'm now expecting these idiots to ticket my car while refusing my money. Designer 101: don't brick your app with an upgrade. So stupid.

terrible ui. inaccurate maps. prices that dont match posted signs. no ability to search spot by code. back navigation quits the app randomly. really really bad.

Easy to park but charges you more than using the pay box. Doesnt allow you to pay to the hour. No where to dispute parking fine if you get a ticket in their lot.

App crashes have an account spend hours every month just trying to get monthly parking pass. You can sit right in the lot you want to park in and it will not recognize it!

I would love to use this app to cut out the middle man, though it listed the garage I go to at full price. Until it actually lists a lower price than the app I'm currently using, I can't justify using this one.

This thing sucks tells you that the lot is full and you can't pay even when you are already parked and with there being plenty of open parking what a waste of an app
