The app sometimes do not reflect the latest information/update as compare to on PC, or even load at all, which can be very frustrating at times when you are not near pc and have to check the phone app instead. And sometimes do not receive notifications when buyer send a PM. Quite useless.
Your apps is not mobile friendly. I'm using android, and some of the link you sent me can't be open. It is either it redirected me to lazada apps , it says page can't reload or the screen just blank in white. And some of the features requires me to use pc. Please update this apps so it will be more mobile friendly. Thankyou.
3 missing stars due to... 1. Previous chats notifications bugs still exist and need to logout & relogin to clear those annoying all messages. It keep on coming once a while. 2. Replying chat in app not sync with desktop. Need also to clear on desktop chat notifications. 3. No product info on chat in app. In desktop we can see what product customer is referring to.
Latest Version March 7 2022, "DAILY UPDATE" figures not showing up! Cannot topup sponsored discovery via credit card, paynow button STILL doesnt work. And no indication for the unpaid orders on the tab so you're missing out those critical moment of notifying the buyer right away. No notifications for Q&A chat but if you fail to notice someone chatted you'll get penalized.
Please Stop auto Pop-out APP when ppl are using handphone! It is okay but it still needs improvement on its user friendly especially if seller is only using mobile. Some functions can only be used when you use laptop or computer. Thank you Lazada for continuously improving your Seller app.
Couldnt find variation for products, its always putting in Color as variation which is not needed and theres no way it can be edited ive wasted a lot of time to figure it out but to no luck
It is easy to edit description or anything comparing to the competitors. It is only convenient to chat but not to manage. You have to do it in ypur computer anyway.
Poor costumer service, My OVL was never been settled. I submitted several issues but never resolved my problem. I have OMSMC Certificate still not increase my OVL. If notified by this rate, please respond and resolve so I will increase my rate to this app. Thank you.
Ergh..worst...please make you apps friendly, why customer chat always disappear, this apps more care to customer not seller...unfair..it is should save for both seller and buyer..already shipout the item but you lazada shipping side not scan the item,suddenly lazada cancelled due to SLA..really stupid..your side not doing their job to scan the item that we drop there😒😒😒
Why my customers chat alwaysss missing and no notification at all!!! Even my customers message the chat doesn't display and only display old message until I open one by one chat box??!!! The notification is totally slow!! Only after I reply to the customer the notification will pop up on my phone. Fix this problem it is totally problematic because I couldn't reply my customers on time
Can add more functions that available in the computer to the app version. Let the app version replace the computer version. Still got many things I cant access through the app version for example set dimension and weight for each variations of one products, download my financial report, join campaign and etc.
Good But I cannot join any campaign anymore even I received the campaign notification. If I click onto any campaign, it will lead me to blank page. Need to improve that part.

17th Apr 22 - This app is not mobile-friendly. 21st Jan 22 - Can't login. Waiting period is too long for account verification. 6th Jul 20 - App still at the notification bar though has logout
Not good specially in handle claims. Instead of earning or doubling your money youll just lose it then suffer and give you headaches. Claims team has no direct contact with the seller. You need to follow up always your concern tru seller agent and they will just bridge your concern with the claims team which has a terrible response time. This apps has a limited function. Option such as the store builder does not function. Order items some times duplicates so you need tobe vigilant.
The app forces all sellers to have Cash on delivery(COD) option although there are many failed COD deliveries. Moreover there is a system bug that caused me to lose tens of orders in early January 2022. The only way it can attract customers is by offering vouchers. Wondering how sustainable can it be? Zero star from me if there is such an option!
Push notification of messages is didnt appear ,, i have to open manually the app to check is there any new message from my costumer..
App unstable, always facing customer chat no update in app issues,when I login by web only notice customer chat, and cause poor chat response rate
After most recent update, the collectable voucher tab is now missing (when you go to messages > select a chat convo > select + sign > vouchers). Also we can no longer post images in the Feed even if the images are less than the 3MB limit.
Friendly to use and easy to access
The apps are really unstable. Too many updates. And every time there's an update, I have to properly make sure it is running fine afterwards. Or else, it might look like it is running well but i don't get proper update on my views, order, messages, etc. Especially if i delay the update when i do not have access to wi-fi, it will, without fail, stop responding to refresh and "pretend" to be fine. I've lost count of how many time i failed to reply my customers on time because of this app.
I can't even complete my to do list in order to start to function as seller. I'm losing sleep trying to get this work. I've tried the app and the website. It won't upload my documents images when i tried putting up my details. When i try to do a listing, it would insist that i add a variation even if the product doesn't have one. I can't find anywhere to put the price. It's a very dysfunctional app.
Please, review your Shipping Label. Showing the item desc is better than SKU number. Thanks, Lazada!
Notification prompt sometimes comes to app very slow to >30mins
I love lazada because I am able ti maximize my business here. And the service is good but thumbs down to the partner support I am not happy with the service they are giving to me as a seller whenever I am asking for an assistance it kinda giving me frustration but over all lazada's performance as a flatform is very excellent.
The apps is not optimized from a user perspective. For example, in the chat function, the keyboard appear and hide the textbox, I cant see what I am typing. So stupid!
