You really have to be careful when ordering stuff. The posted prices beside the item descriptions are often times misleading. The low prices are for items that are not what the picture shows. Flash Sales are just prices that are not even the items that shows on the feed. Very very misleading. So read carefully before placing an order. I doubt that they would even bother regulating posts.
It's a messy and ugly app, often hard to use and seems they are not committed to continuing to try and improve the CX / UX. One small change they could make is to improve the amending order process for Redmart orders. It gives clear guidance on how to add items, but very unclear guidance on how to remove one item. Instead, they prefer to deliver the item and have it rejected in person. Not very tech enabled...not environmentally friendly.
The verification system for this app is absolutely broken. I would consider myself rather patient, but after having to verify my account 5 times in a row, none of them working, and still not getting in, I can't say it isn't annoying. We did the 'Click "allow"' button, every time as well. And then it has the audacity to say "We detected unusual traffic from your account" and proceeding to show the device that attempted to log in with MY NAME. Please fix this, as it can get very upsetting.
Much better than before. The categorisation of items could be better. But on the whole. Great. EDIT: NOW just bloated with stupid gimmicks and games. Still no category search or an audited content. Rubbish search function. Easier to find things via Google search but clicking on the add only takes you to irrelevant promotion page. Imagine paying for a product to be included in google shopping and then not making it available for sale. Much easier to use Shoppee in some ways
I've been using this app for years now, and I'd say its a good experience. Services have improved vastly than before. Polite couriers as always. Speedy refunds upon cancellation. Most deliveries arrive according to time frame or even earlier. 'Don't encounter issues with sellers. Appreciate cashbacks. But free shipping vouchers I wish shouldn't be for selected products/shops only, or for certain amounts ordered, but as appreciation for active and frequent buyers. Well in my dreams😛.
The interface is somewhat glitchy. Sometimes it switches to a web browser like interface and not the app version. But the shopping experience is ok. Just need to tweak the interface and it will be just fine.
Many adverts. Awkward when typing and then trying to access the submit button as the keyboard obscures. The order of uploaded pictures (example returning an incorrect item) end up out of sync after posting, making reference to picture 1, 2, 3 etc.. annoyingly incorrect. I use the app a lot though.
Poor experienced, will stop using this platform for sure... i bought around more than 10 selection from a store. And all the thing delivered was wrong colour and size ,had make a request to cs to return in once., its was terribly poor seller.. but, she said still need to return it one by one.. ,and have to print the labels one by one....
I had to edit my review to remind everyone some of the products they offer are good and worth buying.. some are not. So be careful! There were three instances I didn't get the right amount for my refund. Beware of sellers who are not friendly and accommodating. Another thing is pricing. Some products are inappropriately priced. But overall experience was good..
I'm tired of this app. It always pop up whenever I open my internet together with Chrome. Can you fix this problem? I don't want to receive any recommendation regarding this app for me to install. It's annoying seriously. Seriously, answer this. I'm getting tired everyday it pops up/open even though i didn't click and open it It's getting out of hand, I can't even finished my work because of this annoying app. Thank you!
Have been on Lazada app for years as I used to shop often on Redmart. Then I started buying more things on Lazada itself. Unfortunately, since 2020, I've had to contact the agent on a regular basis, almost monthly, about the payment blocks. For some reason, suddenly the card I've used multiple times before, would not go through. Same for other cards. Recently, I'd two cases of failed product+delivery, and Lzd refused to reinstate voucher+coins, citing false claims on my account!
"Item Search" still needs to be improved. Another item sought another item came out. Makes the head dizzy. The "S" application is even better than the lazada application. It is a bit difficult to find the desired item and the system needs to be upgraded & too many ads interfere with the process of finding and buying. Hrmm uninstall L ***.
Best shopping app. Usually lookout for free shipping promo. Easy to chat with sellers and resolve matters. Able to get refunds too without hesitation if any product is faulty or not up to the standard displayed.
Courier is reaaaaalllllyyyy bad in this app, unresponsive, then they'll failed your delivery and they're liar. Poor service and they keep promising that they'll redeliver my order even the logistics office called that item will be delivered but they did not know when. Lol. What kind of service is that. I'll not recommend lazada super poor service and bad UI. Better use shopee.
There is only one major problem which is : The pictures in the reviews load very very slow even with a strong and fast connection... Sometimes, it just wont load at all... Kinda frustrating as i need to look at the pictures as a reference when i buy things... I hope Lazada team can help solve this problem as soon as possible... Thanks
i miss redmart app.. worked much better. app was faster and more responsive. easier to search for things. scrolling was much faster and convenient. when you click the back button, it takes you to thr last place you were at... lazada takes you back to rhe top of rhe page. Update: app works much better now :) loving it!
Verification process is lousy. I needed to re-verify the app after installing it in a new phone, and I never received the verification sms. This is enough for me to stop using the app since there are so many shopping apps out there.
I give 3 stars because when I'm scrolling to find something to buy, a momo item comes up and I'm terrified by it so I can't shop properly and check, but customer service is good although they have mixed my order before and the prices are often misleading, so I can't find a gift for my family that is cheap and good quality. And also, when I search in the search box, the suggestions aren't relavent to what I'm looking for. Please fix this (search box)
Items might be cheaper than others, but logistics chain is so bad you'd wish you went with other platforms. Of my past 3 orders only 1 came through without problems, the others either lost or late. To add to that, they don't refund the cashback, so all the savings I got from Lazada were voided anyway. No point in buying from them.
Very difficult to use with my fold3. Even with modified aspect ratio, it's too maximized/zoomed in. Also needs improvement on UI. Too much going on, its hard to find items like discounts, vouchers, item descriptions way too far down etc.
This App is not updating shipment details, and there is no live agent to attend to your query. All inquiries are directed to automatic system reply. After you have paid, you just have to wait for the deliveries, you cannot cancel the order once status showed "packed", even though it has passed the shipment dates, you have no room to complain or request for cancellation. Even the seller's chat may be automated replies too. Don't buy anything expansive on this app as there is no guarantee delivery
Is there a zero rating?? I will definitely rate Zero for this apps. The item i bought was damage. Although they refund it but its so hard to withdraw the money. I tried to withdraw it via bank but it came back to my laz wallet. Then they said they will process it via remittance. April 27 first day of processing. Today May 7 still no update on my withdrawal. It says still processing. Wow!! Its just a small amount but the process is too long. Your system is so SLOW!!!
I am taking down three stars down to 2. This app used to be upfront and fast in browsing. And now? very slow and a complete waste of time using. it has been long going very annoying. Slow. Lag. not loading. and more often wasting my time. is it too much to ask for an easy browsing throught the products without getting annoyed?that speaks volume losing customers. i am a long time user, and considering switching to a more efficient, stress free service platform
