Sign up with your phone number, email, Facebook or Google account. At the same time by using your current location, the app is able to show you the nearest available LaundryBar Outlets.
By scanning on our QR Code that is located on our Laundry machines , you will be able to start a Laundry service.
Payments for your service are made easy via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, Web Cash and others.

Very nice and seamless. It accepts various modes of payments and most outlets accepts it. It just that it requires a good internet connection, and specific to my outlet, Celcom is not strong and difficult to use. Big plus, got bonus coins, no need to carry coins \ losing coins in car or forgot coin at home. Must have
Overall satisfied with this self-service laundry shop. They do respond fast when needed. Only is, the connection for e-wallet payment is not very stable still. On and off it is offline. The coins slot in the machine at times don't work either.
Convenience payment method for doing your laundry. Just scan the bar code on the machine, no need to change coins as sometimes you might not have small change. Overall I'm very happy & satisfied with the apps. Maybe its not as interactive like other apps but its functioning really well. Kudos to developer.
I'm weekly user of Laundry Bar especially for drying. Started using LB Pay apps since Dec 2020 and I found it very convenient and practical nowadays. Simple steps to operate, no need to bring cash and fast. In fact, it's about time moving towards digital and cashless society. Plus point, I always love to hear the rewarding announcement from the developer. However, maybe need a little improvement on the e-wallet reload part to be more efficient (not lagging). Thank you.
Very nice feature for this service. Easy to use and the app very responsive. The pricing also very competitive especially at the mega store. Only recommendation is to add this feature to all outlets accross the country.
With the apps, i can easiy replaced with the token. But i found that not really friendly use with the machine when linked to the apps, sometime take several minutes only can start to use the machine. The machine always off line also for these few week. Hope can upgrade the apps. Hv a nice day.
Easy to understand user interface. With this app customer will less contact with the token machine. Just scan and pay the amount token thru the app, then its good to go. Plus when reloading the e-wallet using the laundrybar app, also got free token.
This app is super useful..to not use money when u go to do your laundry... No need change for tokens all the time. And upon topping up more they give some rebates. Excellent... Good job. Keep it up but i wish they integrated thier other machines too that sells detergent and other items.
Good Job Laundry Bar. I really love this apps. It makes my job easier to do my laundry thinggy. No need to find for small change, and it's even cheaper to use apps rather than cash. It's also connected to grab pay ❤️❤️❤️. I just hope that u can upgrade more stores to use the apps. Keep it up. 👍👍👍
First time use this and this apps deliver good quality and nice interface to use. Friendly use for everyone. Extra point for their wallet can topup online and no need to get token manually. Just a good apps. Thanks for ease our duty every weekend.
Before this i used this app, easy use and friendly user. But when i lost my Phone, i bought the same model again, and installed the apps again, cannot open my wallet at all.. re installation 3 times.. nothing... worst. Will change my rating, after this matter resolve.
Try to use is for the sake of practicality no need to exchange coins. Really easy for registration and top up. Use on a machine also flawless! Happy customer.
Pro: Get extra token when reload using the app. Easy to use on the washer and drier machines. Cons: Can only use the online token on selected machines. You may need actual tokens when the machines with the barcodes are used. Also, at times the app will hang and you need to exit it completely to be able to use it.
Very responsive. Had a problem with top up value in the first few reloads. They helped out while Im still at the premise via staff and email 👍
i keep going to this laundry bcs of the apps. not becs its nearer. its a good initiative. the apps also very easy to use and topup. 100% keep recommending it to my friends.
I set for forgot password and get the otp. After enter new password, it appears unauthorized access. I have more than 50 tokens in my wallet. This is humiliating!
So far one of the cleanest and most advance 24 self service in PJ. Machines are also maintained properly. Am happy with it so far. So far so good!!
It's a very convenient way to pay. I don't even need to bring wallet now a days. Only downside is that some machines rosak and we won't know sampai we scan only know but we already load the laundry into the machine.
Wonder, what is LB Pay? Easy! It's just another eWallet that exist in Malaysia BUT..This is more easier..for sure often use self service laundry, check out LAUNDRY BAR! This will be use to make payment to washer/dryer without hassle, no need seek, small change or else lah.. Writing almost like essay, why not just download, check it out. Since I use LBPay, I never use any other Laundry company. It is very convenient, no need to use coin anymore. Also it helps in my financial management, when I get my pay I immediately topup LBPay for monthly use, plus I get extra coin which gives LBPay extra point.
Fast detection qr code. Instant token deduction. Fast overall. No need to exchange token. Just throw ur clothes. Scan and pay. Less than a min. Good stuff
Really help me a lot. And can help me save also. But really hope, u can widen the usage of the apps to other branch in other city outside klang valley like kuala terengganu for example
I think when we used app and paid by scan code in app we should be able to how much time left in machine to finish washing. Would be good as sometimes we put clothes and go around for other works so we can see if it's done or not.
After use this app for several washing times, personally for me its really helping me towards on payment instead of using coin, now i just need to snap the barcode of the machine that I'm going to use and pay using apps. Really easy to use and also free credit each time i reload my wallet. Hope there will be more updates on app interface and also some loyalty points that can be converted into credit for people that use this app.
