I don't like the way it reacts when scrolling down through pictures. When you scroll back it jumps all th way back.

Houses are not up to date with market, lots of sold houses still showing active. Multiple rentals listed for sale.
It takes FOREVER for new pictures to be approved and made viewable for the public to see. What's the hold up?
Hard to find what your looking for. Gives you all high end houses. Even with search on. ok...
This is one useless app, couldn't get any search results... Better off use Zillow
I love this app! You can narrow your searches to exactly what You want and need.

So far just what we need especially when driving around pulls up the homes for sale in the area you are in... So for now nothing to complain about!!!
Better to just use the website. Doesn't pull up houses listed on LBAR website search engine.
Great way to keep in touch with new listing and my agent
It's difficult to find what you're looking for or have saved in the past. Saved searches are not intuitive.
Difficult to navigate, includes Pending when only Active is checked, can't pull up listings only under $100,000, and photos won't open much of the time. Frustrating.
Not as easy to use as website but still glad I downloaded it.
This app is how we found our new home and got a GREAT deal !!!
Doesn't look as updated as Zillow
They were perfect before the last update. Now when I zoom in to explore neighborhoods, the street signs and landmark labels shrink to a blur so quickly and so bad that I can't even read them. Beyond frustrating.
Needs a neighborhood search!
This app is hard to use
Log in then immediately get kicked out of the system, so it's basically worthless as an agent tool.
Older version of selecting options was easier
Its annoying that you cant select as refined of search area on the app
This is a decent app but I don't like not being able to search an area instead of a specific city.
the ranges to select filters are not chronological. not user friendly AT ALL. tried multiple times, no results in my search. terrible
