It lets you store up Tracking#s so you can just click it when needed. Very convenient, especially for users like me who always have LBC pick ups, until this new update showed up that is requiring users to sign in or sign up. Once you submitted, it loads for a long time and ends up nothing. You're app WAS useful. Uninstalled until resolved. 0 star. Very troublesome update.
Poor service, not just in this app, but the entire LBC service personnel. Does not reply often in chat (even in their FB page and messenger), provides poor update in shipment/delivery status, moves awfully slow in shipment and delivery that causes so much delays. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone at any point.
The app works fine. I sent package last year via sea cargo. From NV to Bohol province, of course I used the sea cargo so that means it's gonna take time to get to my province. The app notify me the day after it arrives. Which is fine. Not all apps works great especially something like this. But I would suggest to install the app it's so user friendly. That's my opinion TY.
Sometimes trucking site is not updated. Lbc must call the receiver before returning the package. It is our lost. Trucking are paid but if it will returned to sender, the sender only will sacrifies the shipping fee. You require us to put cp number of the receiver but sometimes they did no receive any text or call. Texting receiver must be a priority. Thanks
Waste of time : I cannot create a an account. Have tried repeatedly. Nothing happens after you complete the form, or hit return or go back. I see from the comments that others have had the same problem. Shame on LBC for wasting users time by not taking the app down until the problem is solved.
This app made me miss 2 important pick ups that i needed on the weekend they arrived on Friday but the app wasn't updated. I checked on the website and found out that i could have used claimed the items when it arrived before the weekend. Very bad! Useless is an understatement.
The application is good but the courier is not. It says that the package will arrive in 1 week, but after 2 weeks still nothing. Your courier is annoying. You say we like to move it yet until now it has not even arrived. I'm verry dissapointed.
It does'nt work properly. I always check the progress of parcel in this app but every time i check it, the progress is still tge same!!!! So O've decided to follow up in nearest LBC branch and i found out that the parcel are already been there for a long time!!!!!!!! It's so annoying LBC. Please do a immediate remedy!!! It's because all of the parce/item the we ordered are important to us ans sometimes we nees it as soon as possible. So fix this problem in this application!!!!!
If there's a 0 star review, I'll give a zero star review!!! How can this app be any help? I thought once I process all my shipment via online, it will become more convenient and transaction will be faster than regular shipment. But NO! I haven't experienced anything good about this online app. Such a waste of time!
Not deseving of any star, but this message wont be posted unless you rate them. Cheap move. The app represents the poor customer service of LBC with no constant update on the whereabout of a package. Information is also inconsistent with the app, web page tracker and information as per staff when inquiring directly at LBC branch.
No login option . Only register option. The developer of this app is a genius and could have been hired on the spot by Elon Musk as a brilliant engineer to have designed an app with no log in option
There's no clear way to sign in. You always have to go to registration, there's no separation between sign in/registration and the mobile number verification is not working. Fix this nonsense please. Thank you.
