Excellent! I have never had any issues with my bank. My bank is the best there is. Customer service is always great and the agents are so very helpful.
functions very well as an app for a credit union that also functioms very well, doesnt get hung up at all even on my years old phone
App has a non intuitive graphical user interface, and often times it crashes and reboots, especially I have experiences in the middle of making a mobile deposit several times. Hopefully the Deposit History is instantly updated, else it will look like I'm trying to deposit the same check multiple times.
The app is great, get all my info n easy to navigate.
The app does not remember my log in or password.. I always need to log in.
Alerts are too slow, almost pointless.
Edited: I have been enjoying the app. 90% of the time it is flawless. However, there are times where I have to redo my fingerprint and it's a bit obnoxious. I changed to the S9 yesterday. It did not allow me to log in so I uninstalled the old app and tried to install it again. it won't allow me to do it. It is stalled. Tried several times. I
Really great app. I'm able to transfer funds if needed and all transactions have been up to date which makes it a more reliable app. I have been extremely satisfied with the user interface since it's very simple and easy to navigate.
Very Convenient. I especially like the quick balance function. Would be 5 stars.. but they to the "Time to change password " thing. I have a super awesome groovy strong password. Does not need to be changed, ever.
I have been banking with LBSFCU since I turned 18, got an account with My mother. I am now 39. I have used their app as soon as the 1st version was announced. It has improved drastically since the first release. I want to give it 4.8 stars, because I consider that some improvements could be made (My general rule, not only for this app). This app has definitely improved My banking experiences. Staff in branches are typically awesome! & it is great to have so many ATM options available. <3
Employees are super kind, quick, efficient- ready and willing to help. Went above and beyond to get me documents needed for a home purchase. Same day service! The locations are always clean. I feel safe at/with this credit union.
It's very simple to navigate and accurate within seconds of transactions. I hear people complain about other financial apps giving them basic problems but I have yet to experience even complex problems.
This is for the new app. I have registered and all the good stuff they told me to do but I have to reset my password every single time, it will not keep it for some reason. The old unimproved app was 10times more user friendly. This is actually one of the reasons I've switched most of my banking to my other credit union.
Great app, quick transactions, good customer service, quick transfers. I love it.. Still loving this app especially now that I'm able to add a non WF bank to my LBSFCU acct this made it so simple now I don't have to go to my other bank to make a deposit in my acct, now I can do it online from home. Love it 💕
Very helpful. Im 17 and i just opened an account with my grandma. Its been easy to figure out what i need to move on into my adult life and this app makes my experience even easier. From knowing my balance to customer care id give it 6 stars if that were possible but for now, this app is great!

The people here are so very kind! It's got to be one item on the have to's in getting his! In the last two months I have experienced a stolen id problem . No fault of this company of course. My goodness I have been helped in sooooooo many ways. I have been with them for 30 plus years... They are the BEST!
Never had any problems with this app. Would like to see if they can add a section where you can send friends & families money and e-check deposit. This app has worked perfectly for me and will continue to use

Username is fixed within the app, a huge security risk. Security is much better if the user must know both the username as well as the password and neither are stored in the device.
Since the mandatory update, I can no longer log in. Also, why does a bank app require permission to access and make phone calls? I like credit unions, but they're making it awful hard to support this one. I'm looking for an alternative right now.
Credit Unions are THE BEST. Regular banks suck balls.

This app is fantastic! I love being able to check my balance and transfer funds when I need to. Mobile deposit is a great feature too!
App is great. Easy movement between accounts. Transfers are smoothly done. Account breakdown is simple to read.
Overall use is good. BUT would like to see an option to control my debit card. Like maybe place a hold on it if I misplace it :X
