Really crappy site and app. My claims fail half the time without an explanation. It takes 10 days to process a single transaction. I feel like these ppl live in the stone age. I would not recommend this app/site/ or any of their service for that matter. They hide behind email and make as complex as possible to just get any kinda support. worse of all, these all seems intentional. they just want to hold on to your money far longer than they need to. Zero starts if i could
LBS is awful. They constantly refuse payments and require receipts for obvious medical things that should be accepted...especially small amounts. It's more of a hassle than it's worth. There app has no way to just pay for whatever random claim they decide to deny.
I used the app to keep tabs on our flex spending account. We no longer have the account and I have since uninstalled the app.
Can only upload receipts from camera roll. I have to use the website to upload PDFs.
Can't access account
The app works more reliably than the full site on a mobile device. However, I experienced the same trouble as other users when uploading a receipt. There is no option to upload a document, such as a PDF. To submit my receipt through the app I had to take a screen capture of the PDF then submit that photo.
I was able to log in fine. I wanted to upload a receipt and it only allows them from my camera or photo gallery. No document option (e.g. PDF etc). What's the point?
Every time I try to log in it says I need to change my password and when I change it I get an error message!
I will be willing to change my rating if the issue gets fixed. I can't even login to this app anymore. It tells me the username and/or password was incorrect, however I can go to the website and login just fine. Please fix this, we rely on this app!
Open app and it asks for new password and then just crashes after submit. Used to work fine. Now useless.
I see why only 1000 downloads. When it works it's useful but for most part...not.
If you have more than one account, when you try to file a claim it doesn't let you select which account to file it against. In the old version this worked. Also, I tried to email their developers using the link here and the address doesn't work.
I have been using this app a little while now and have not been disappointed. Thank you.
Can check account status easily, just wish app had capability to remember password.
Waste of time. I was asked over and over again to change my password. I will not be recommending this to our employees.
The app on my Note 9 will often enter claims twice though the process is relatively straightforward. The company, however is impossible to deal with if you have an issue with a claim entered through the app or otherwise. DO NOT do business with them. Put your money in a separate account like another reviewer said. The savings in time and aggravation alone is worth it. LBS has unnecessarily onerous documentation needs ex. Insurance Explanation of Benefits versus an itemized receipt from the provider. They also require any repayments to your account for paid but denied claims to be sent in via snail mail with a check or money order. Don't tell me you can't allow that through the app or the FSA account via CC or ACH transfer. They want to hold onto your money as long as possible and drag their feet in paying out. I take this as an expensive lesson to never deal with this company in particular or FSAs ever again.
