Its slow and you have to log out and log back in just to see the mobile transfer go through. Also, been locked who knows and had the bank reset my password. Haven't been able to use it since. Why am i locked tf out? I didn't change anything and the regular calls to check my balance are becoming unfortunately more convenient than this wack app.

If I use my fingerprint to log into my account, I shouldn't have to answer security questions to make sure that it's my account. And when I fail a security question that I never answered on my account, I shouldn't be locked out of my account, that I logged into with a fingerprint. I'm fairly certain fingerprints are more secure than asking what city I work in.

This app and credit union is so behind time. It's old fashion and needs to catch up with modern technology. It's often not recognizing my password or login and I have to call the credit union and have them reset something. It's ridiculous.

No disrespect to know one, but sounds like y'all don't know who to use the app, it's simple & you don't need to log out to see changes, you go to settings. Play with the app a little!

Forced to create new account but can't due to server runtime error. How convenient.

Would be nice if the app would let you know you only get 6 transfers a month now i have a overdraft and can't put money in my account

This app used to work but ever since I updated it don't work let's me sign my name than goes blank page where put password.

The Credit Union did it right! A simple, clean app for easy account access. Now with RDC!

I did not appreciate having to hit the back arrow on the current digital calendar to find my date of birth all the way back to the 1970s when signing up! Why is there not an option to input month/day/year?!

This is a convenient app. I can check my account balance and make transfer from my checking to savings vise versa

Update: Android Users! I called and spoke with IT at LBSFCU and the had me go to the play store look for Android System WebView and update.. App works great now! I am i able to go past the first page keep getting a blank page once i submit..

This app is a waste of time once you put in log in ID it goes to a blank page and thats it you cant do anything its a waste of time downloading and trying to use

I couldn't even get signed in.

Like other users, I have been locked out before due to log in issues, but I just called them and they walked me through how to log in through computer in order to gain mobile access again. Convenient to transfer funds and look at account. Hubby stated bill pay was not as user friendly as he would like (we previously had chase). Overall, decent app.

Normally, I'd give this app 5 stars. Because of it, I'm able to manage my account online, pay bills, & transfer funds. I rarely have to step foot in a branch anymore. However, my app hadn't been working for a month or so. I attempt to log in and then the screen goes blank. It never takes me to the next 2 windows which prompt me to answer one of my secret questions and input my password. I've tried restarting my phone and even checked to make sure my app is up to date. Please fix this!

This app has worked fine for me since Ive had it installed on my phone, but a few weeks ago this app stopped allowing me to completely log in. I am able to put in my username,but then the app takes me to a blank white screen. I can go no further. I tried to update the app..still doesn't work uninstalled it then installed it again....still doesn't work! I'm soo sad!

Edit: the current update fixed the mobile deposit issues. Good going devs.

I would give this app 5 stars if mobile deposit worked. No matter what I do it will not accept the photos. That was the main point of downloading this app and it won't even work. Photos come out blurry and off center no matter how they r taken. Its not my phone because all other pics I've taken are clear. Please fix this issue

This was a great app, but recently the ability to use the camera to make a mobile deposit stopped working (Turbo 2). I have emailed the developer several times and never gotten a response. While it is nice to see account info and make a transfer, being able to make a deposit is what made this app so vital. I hope they fix it!

Previous- When i click on Mobil deposit, says I need to contact customer service everything else works - thats nonsense & not convenient. FIX IT...updatedto 5 star bc Problem fixed, thanks

I love the mobile deposit function, but it is very buggy! It keeps timing me out (no matter how fast i do it) on the last screen. It only works about 50%of the time.

There's a question when I try to logged in that won't let me pass it. Please fix this problem

Will never go to another after the absolute best & consistent customer service experiences since 2000

Upload my checks, easy. Check my charges, not a difficulty. Check my balance, good. Authentication with my personal picture and phrase, so Its safe.
