Every time I open the app it restarts my phone. I know it's not my phone because this happened with my old phone as well. I'm very displeased by the fact that I can't check my balance or doing any banking online.
This app is not nearly as simple as the original! And the glitch when you log out. five minutes later it gives you an error code....
This app has saved me a lot of money. All of my atm transactions are immediately recorded and I always know exactly how much I have in the bank. Never overdrawn!
Always get great customer service. They always great me with a smile and they are so helpful even over the phone. So glad I switched to them!
The update takes forever to load now. I wish there was a button to see my password so I don't have to keep putting it in. My phone glitches sometimes. Please fix
This app used to work great. However, ever since they updated their website, the app crashes when I try to log on.
Feels more like trying to open a webpage on a gameboy, virtually impossible to use or navigate.
Just so so compared to other apps.. lacks updated features and some things are difficult to find.
Not as easy to use as last app. Font is smaller and harder to read.
Easy to use and dependable. I wish there were ways to apply for loans through the app, but other than that it is great.

I really like being able to deposit with my phone and check my balance quickly and easily. This app is great. The only issue I'm having is since reinstalling the app recently it doesn't remember my info and I have to enter all of my security answers and account number every single time I login. If this could be fixed I would have no complaints.
