Very simple procedure. I am happy to learn how to deposit a check via mobile deposit, thanks to one of your associates who patiently gave me a detailed instruction on the phone.
I can't figure out how to add a payment on the app so I have to go to the desktop for that. Otherwise I can easily find and do everything I need to.

Automatic check photos are terrible. It gives me incorrect instructions to turn check 90 degrees, move away, move closer, can't take picture. I had to try several times. I prefer being able to choose the focus and take the picture myself.
