GETTING STARTEDTo use the LCNB Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as a LCNB National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Constantly locking me out of my accounts for no reason. Have to call LCNB every 3 to 4 days to unlock my account. Frustrating to say the least...
Has worked well for quick and simple transactions and to get general information. I dont rely solely on this as it can be slow to on certain things. Watch it for awhile and you will figure out what does what, when.
Lately keeps locking me out at sign in no matter what type of identification I use, ie: biometric, pin, password. Called bank, no solution ☹️. However do really like that tags, descriptions & photos can be added to each transaction
Simple. Works as it should at the moment. Had an issue with being unable to update contact numbers, customer service chat worked great and issue quickly resolved. 👍👍 So far.

Deposits are slow, other than that great app
The mobile deposit function is absolutely terrible. It takes minimum of 8 attempts to get it to accept the picture of the reverse side of the check. It would be quicker to drive to the bank and make a deposit.
Easy to navigate app. Great customer service. I love this little bank because they remember me and always appear friendly and helpful.
Usually the app works fine. For some reason the last two days I haven't been able to check my balance or transactions. Nothing ever loads
