They "fixed" the app which didn't let people start service through the app and made them go to the website to do it the old fashioned way by filling out needlessly tedious paperwork for the privilege of paying money to the government for a free natural resource. The "fix"? Now the button to Start Service literally opens the webpage from their site which tells you how to do it manually. Yep. Instead of fixing, just deleted the feature and a link to their website. Pitiful waste of taxpayer money.

VERY LIMITED. Payment history screen cut off values. No place to manage PW, no Fingerprint Login, Doesn't show payment made through app. Total waste of $$ and time using app. pitiful.

Terrible every time I go to pay my bill I have to reset my password but when I do it it locks me out of my account then have to reset again before it let's me back in my account.

will not allow entry all numbers for account, hence it gives error to pay bill.

What a crappy, non-functional app our tax dollars paid for...won't even let me enter the account number or the captcha correctly. What a waste. Dont bother downloading.
