LCU Service Request

Horrible app. I literally watched it drain my battery by 1% a second. When my phone gave a low power warning, it reset. Also the birthdate input is a scroll back from todays date. Great design if you're ten.

Could use some improvements in usability interface. Hold and press year when entering year for date of birth. Should be able to do same for month.

Cant get past the first screen. It keeps prompting me to connect to the internet even after trying data and wifi!

dont work says there's an update takes me to a Google play app dont say update.just says open cause it's already installed and starts the same process over and over again

App keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet when I am. Can't do anything at all

Difficult to use, doesn't do much, and pointless.

downloaded and now says need to update..to difficult to open new account

This app does not work tried it from 3 different phones

It says it needs an update to work, but I can't update it

i cant even do an application it doesnt even have any requests for me to click

You can not use the DOB field, so you can't use the app.

Why is this a separate app? Incorporate this into the LCU main app.

There has,to be an easier way to put your birthday date in. Also. If you make a mistake, you can't fix it, you have to start over.
