If I could give it negative stars I would. I have seriously never dealt with a more frustrating financial app. I frequently get the same error message about there being some problem on their end and to "try again later." Once, I spent hours and days with numerous people because the message wouldn't go away. I finally had to re-register my card with a different email, but it's messing up again. When the app isn't working, I can only pay my bill through mail or by calling during business hours 🙄

Can I give it less that 1 star? Out of every 20+ times I try to sign in I might get lucky and have it actually go through! I click sign in and it pretends to load and then kicks me back to my phones home screen! It's been over a year and this app has only gotten worse! Either fix it or take it off the app store!

Can't Enroll in this app if you use an email address that already exists. Haha, of course it would exist, it's the user's email address. And it is interesting that the reviews are only 1&2 star yet it shows 5 stars in the graph and the review quantity is inaccurate. Suspicious.

time's out in less than 1 min, keeps kicking me off or "unexpected error " before I can even sign in. for such a great bank app, the cc app is garbage. doesn't work for jack

I couldn't remember my password and did the email send to change and get a code use the code and nothing happens when I try has been for months and prob will always. Needs better coding or something cause it's been unreliable for forever for me

This app is junk. My wife can log right in from her phone but i always have trouble. Keep getting the loading symbol but never loads. If this doesnt get fixed we will be banking elsewhere.

Pointless app. You guys had a perfectly good, useful app and trashed it for an app that only shows you transactions made on the debit card? What's the point?

It deletes randomly on my phone and now keeps telling my username and password is invalid even tho it's not. No later how many times I reinstall the app.

Doesn't work!! It times out when you try to log in, so it's pretty much useless.

Good but would be better if it would let Samsung pass save username and password .like you can on all other apps

Won't let me log in. Asking for my card info. This is definitely a fraud app

Cant use app for anything!!! Keeps saying a problem finding my acct i had to give a star for something it doesnt deserve.
