LD-Log FREE is an offline GPS track logger for a wide range of uses. It is specialized in battery-efficient long-term tracking and also works as a travel notebook or a nautical logbook for sailors.

LD-Log tracks your travel routes using the device's GPS receiver. Waypoints are taken either manually or automatically with a user-definable interval set in minutes. As such, the app is designed to consume very little battery power.
The editable waypoint-list for each route of your trip lets you create a detailed diary of your complete journey. Add photos to your waypoints by shooting them directly from LD-Log or importing them at a later time [*]. Trips, routes and journals may be stored in many different ways.
LD-Log has an optionally usable sail mode for offshore sailing which makes it possible to keep a complete nautical ship's log [*].

Many times I don't have internet so if the maps were a offline vector (low detail,major cities and highways only, like osmand world map) open street world map that would be very useful. Many places either don't have internet or when roaming are very expensive to access. Tried the new maps offline system but could not get it to work well. Would be better if maps were not tiles but more like osmand or from mapforge. I will keep experimenting You know what. I'll buy it and hope you will support great free offline maps like osmand and mapforge.

Very good apk.To me the manual operations is very nice and simple that mostly related to my carear as a Forester..
